Very friendly employees. They were very helpful. The drink machine was not working right, and one of the employees noticed we were having an issue and he filled our drinks for us. Clean restrooms. Clean Cafe.

Walked in no one in there customer wise. Ordered my phone had a couple coupons.A lady a about 3 kids walked in before she even got to the counter she was already talking about her big order she had already ordered online. I had ordered 2 singles a tea and a bacon natural fry . 4 items. Before she walked in. So my fries and tea cup is there. My burgers are sitting just waiting to be put on my tray do I can walk away. She starts emptying out her bag to make sure her order is correct and barking orders at everyone in there. I'm standing there trying to be patient and wondering why someone doesn't just put my burgers on my tray I see them they are right there. After about 8 minutes someone finally realizes why I'm still standing there why the lady is still giving out her demands. I thought management should have made her wait . Or atleast moved her food to a table and go through it. 2nd skip the bacon actor fries they sound cool but taste horrible. And I ordered 2 singles when I sat down we had 2 doubles. No I didn't get up to say my order was wrong I just kept eating. The place was clean and the staff was friendly untill me. I have to check every item at the counter in front of everyone and have no respect showed up.

I waited 10 minutes for a single spicy chicken sandwich. Got home and the tomato was the very end piece. The lettuce was 2/3 stem. Whatever threw them off. Then the spice chicken was about a millimeter thick and so dry that it broke apart after the first bite. 6$ completely down the drain. It’s crazy how someone wrapped that up and found it acceptable.

December 2023To whom it may concern:My husband and I are retired. We went out today for a ride. We noticed this Wendys in Richfield, NC and decided to have lunch there. This by far was the worse experience we have at any Wendys. We ordered and when we got our food my bun was hard as a rock. He took it back to the counter and the girl was very rude. She finally made me another one. We got there at 2:05pm. We noticed what seem to be the manager locking the doors (she was horribly dressed). We noticed many customers coming to the door and could not get in. My husband went to one of the doors where this very elderly man was at. He was going to let him in cause he said he only wanted a frosty. A girl yelled at my husband that they were closed. Said they closed to wait on the next crew to come in at 3pm. I am sorry you going to lock the doors for almost an hour. We couldn't get a receipt cause the register was out of paper. Also they were out of spoons. They had at least 5 to 6 employees there talking and cutting up when they should have been cleaning the dining area as well as the bathrooms were horrible. Everytime we go to that place they always say they're short staffed. If someone is able to say through the speaker they're closed because of short staff then they have people that can work.
