I went in the store one night and there was a big and tall lightskin man and a big girl with brown and blonde hair, arguing and yelling at each other really really loud. It made me very uncomfortable. It made me very uncomfortable and this is not the first time that I’ve seen them doing this

Employee was leaving as we were and proceeded to throw can soda out his window in parking lot?? Wth?? He was complaining inside that customer in front of us weren't nice cuz they didn't say thank you as they got food.

Just bought 30$ worth of food and the lady taking the order already had a additude from the start asked to make 2 separate orders and she said they didn’t do separate orders in the drivethrew . I ordered a bbq bacon burger and she asked what didn’t we want on it and I said we wanted everything that comes on it just to get all the way home to discover I payed almost 10$ for a bbq bacon burger that has no bacon no fried onions …nothing but bbq sauce and pickles …if they were out of something why not tell me they were out of it ? …and soon as we pulled up to the window she asked us to pull up so we waited 10-15 mins and a woman brings the food out with no drink then got a attitude and was rude when we asked about the drink ! And I tried to call and the phone number listed is turned off …very crappy service …it’s sad that you got a good place with potentially good food but you got staff who are lazy and don’t want to do there jobs

Very understaffed and that's with the drive through closed. Just put down the headset and place a sign so it's not a distraction and a nuisance. Young lady upfront acted like it was her first day to ever do anything at all remotely close to working or responsibility. Older lady was aggravated but reasonably so as she was doing most of everything and picking up the slack for the younger one. The manager (I think) was also busy doing other stuff but no able to help the food side much.

Ordered potato cakes. Sign said I should get three. Got one and a half! Half one looked like someone bit it. Terrible service as well. Another customer complained about her tea and they told her it was that morning's tea and that's all they had.

I visited the Arby's in Roanoke Rapids NC on Premier Blvd near WalMart. Service is always top notch, employees are always friendly from the time you walk in until your order is complete and this extends to drive thru as well. If something is wrong with your order, they'll fix it with no problem. Your order is always fresh and hot. I had to wait a bit longer for fresh fries recently because they were so busy and although I didn't mind the wait, my fries were upgraded and made to order and so good!! They patiently wait for you to order without trying to rush you along. I go there when I'm in Roanoke Rapids.
My sandwich was mediocre. There was no one to take out orders for at least 5 minutes, and then someone came, but it was only because I raised my voice demanding service. NO one seemed to care whether they had business or not.

Bathroom really needed attention. The toilet seat in the men's room was barely hanging on. Do better, Arby's. Still love the food.
