Ordered potato cakes. Sign said I should get three. Got one and a half! Half one looked like someone bit it. Terrible service as well. Another customer complained about her tea and they told her it was that morning's tea and that's all they had.

I visited the Arby's in Roanoke Rapids NC on Premier Blvd near WalMart. Service is always top notch, employees are always friendly from the time you walk in until your order is complete and this extends to drive thru as well. If something is wrong with your order, they'll fix it with no problem. Your order is always fresh and hot. I had to wait a bit longer for fresh fries recently because they were so busy and although I didn't mind the wait, my fries were upgraded and made to order and so good!! They patiently wait for you to order without trying to rush you along. I go there when I'm in Roanoke Rapids.

My sandwich was mediocre. There was no one to take out orders for at least 5 minutes, and then someone came, but it was only because I raised my voice demanding service. NO one seemed to care whether they had business or not.

We stopped for my bday.. I Asked for arbys. I really wish I hadn't. The manager didn't have a clue what she was doing. It took 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, a order of fries and 1 drink and a cup of cheese we didnt get!! The guy running the drivethru helped thank God because we wouldve been there 30 more minutes. My fries are cold and I haven't even looked at the sandwiches yet. Thanks guys.. never again.. some birthday dinner smh. Just wanted easy and instead I got irritated.
We ordered the 2 for 7. Chicken sandwich and classic roast beef. Ordered 2 Buffalo sliders and couple of other things. It was better than anyone else. I'd rather have this chicken sandwich over Chic-fil-a any time. Wasn't greasy, lettuce was crispy, just enough mayo. Only complaint, no pickles. Same for the sliders. Needs pickles. Other than that, very good. Good service, quick, and got the order correct.

Took forever for someone to take my order, and just as long to get it and when it did finally reach me it was burnt beyond eating, at this point the line had started to form and to wait would have been forever, maybe a new manager here may work.

Came here to get some chicken sandwiches. Had to go inside because there was a car broken down in the drive thru. Staff was nice enough, we ordered the 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches and 2 small curly fries. The sandwiches had no mayo, and hardly any lettuce. They were good though. Jus make sure to make it clear you want mayo if so.

I used the Rewards App, and it worked. 5 for $5. A few sides and a drinks plus tax added up to more than $5, but no worries for 2 lunches for 2 people now.
