Waited more than 3 minutes at the counter to be acknowledged. Had employees look directly at me, then continue their conversation and stare at the sandwich slide. Manager was dealing with a drive through guest, there's two other employees that can at least say hi, it will be a minute.

Mozzarella sticks were dropped fresh, but that also meant I had to wait an extra 5 minutes, manager was running the fryer too.

Thank God it's not my local Arby's, I don't have to worry about avoiding this place.

Definitely has some awesome new workers with compassion, patience, and most importantly good customer service! There is a short light skin sweet girl that’s been working drive thru every time I visit she has long black box braids , I must say for her to be new she is doing so well , my opinion . Keep reaching for the stars Miss

I went to Drive thru to order with a coupon which expires on 12/31/25 and the sales clerk tells me that the coupon was coming up $3 more in their system so I’m confused as to why I’m (customer) being told this and not the mgr. I didn’t have the time or money to waste on a not expired coupon that’s in their system incorrectly so I drove off and went to another restaurant.

You may as well go to a sit down restaurant. This place costed $35 for 2 combo meals and you get about 5 times less meat than the pictures shows on the menu board. Very chintzy for the price

I went in the store one night and there was a big and tall lightskin man and a big girl with brown and blonde hair, arguing and yelling at each other really really loud. It made me very uncomfortable. It made me very uncomfortable and this is not the first time that I’ve seen them doing this

Employee was leaving as we were and proceeded to throw can soda out his window in parking lot?? Wth?? He was complaining inside that customer in front of us weren't nice cuz they didn't say thank you as they got food.

Just bought 30$ worth of food and the lady taking the order already had a additude from the start asked to make 2 separate orders and she said they didn’t do separate orders in the drivethrew . I ordered a bbq bacon burger and she asked what didn’t we want on it and I said we wanted everything that comes on it just to get all the way home to discover I payed almost 10$ for a bbq bacon burger that has no bacon no fried onions …nothing but bbq sauce and pickles …if they were out of something why not tell me they were out of it ? …and soon as we pulled up to the window she asked us to pull up so we waited 10-15 mins and a woman brings the food out with no drink then got a attitude and was rude when we asked about the drink ! And I tried to call and the phone number listed is turned off …very crappy service …it’s sad that you got a good place with potentially good food but you got staff who are lazy and don’t want to do there jobs

Very understaffed and that's with the drive through closed. Just put down the headset and place a sign so it's not a distraction and a nuisance. Young lady upfront acted like it was her first day to ever do anything at all remotely close to working or responsibility. Older lady was aggravated but reasonably so as she was doing most of everything and picking up the slack for the younger one. The manager (I think) was also busy doing other stuff but no able to help the food side much.
