Employee was leaving as we were and proceeded to throw can soda out his window in parking lot?? Wth?? He was complaining inside that customer in front of us weren't nice cuz they didn't say thank you as they got food.

I visited the Arby's in Roanoke Rapids NC on Premier Blvd near WalMart. Service is always top notch, employees are always friendly from the time you walk in until your order is complete and this extends to drive thru as well. If something is wrong with your order, they'll fix it with no problem. Your order is always fresh and hot. I had to wait a bit longer for fresh fries recently because they were so busy and although I didn't mind the wait, my fries were upgraded...
