The food is a little expensive and you have to ask for certain things like condiments. The customer service was OK. The young ladies they do a good job with customer service. The guy with the accent I wasn’t too thrilled with my experience with him in the drive-through.

Drive thru on a Saturday AM. 4 cars in front of me and took 20 min to get food and out of here. I think that is excessive for fast food place. One worker outside smoking the entire time and just watching the other 5 cars behind me pile up as well. No motivation here. Food quality is good/average for a biscuitville

I get everyone has slow mornings. But if it’s past five and your drive through lights are on you have to acknowledge a customer.

Sat at the drive through order box for a few minutes, then pulled up to the window where I was seen and ignored for another few minutes. Would have rather been told they were opening a little behind schedule rather than get blatantly ignored.

One of my favorite places to stop for breakfast, while traveling, because there isn't one near my home. Service could have been better from the front cashier, but the lady who brought my food to me was energetic and helpful. Food was good, price was right and it didn't take long to receive my food.

Biscuits were perfectly soft and freshly out of the oven. The strawberry muffin was pink and nice texture, but not really strawberry flavored. It took a good 10-15 minutes to receive food. It was almost like only one person was concerned about the orders coming out correctly. A lot of visible staff, but very slow with preparation and delivery. Food was good and filling.

Nothing special. Had to keep correcting food and drink orders. Will not visit this location again. Parking design is terrible.

First time here. This was great!

Not very helpful at all just unpleasant the workers act like they were brand new had to repeat order serval times and employee tossed butter onto counter not impressed with the food.
