Why is this place only open there drive- thru. Every time I come at lunchtime, they don't have the staff to open the diner area. But all them employees I see in there. And the food is cold. Employees have attitudes.

They were out of numerous items. E erytime we would change our order to accommodate them They were out of it as well. Were from out of town and have only tried Bojangles one other time at a different location and it was delicious. Even what this one had the food was horrible. The chicke. Sandwich didn't even look like chicken. Highly disappointed and won't be returning!!

I'll give our Bojangles in Roanoke Rapids 5 out of 5 every time because out of the dozens of Bo's I've been to they're the only one that still puts the butter and cinnamon sugar on the sweet potato pies! They be dry as hell everywhere else

I ordered a 3 piece supreme dinner meal and got 4 supremes and no fries or drink. The tenders were super dry as well. Not sure why all the employees were outside huddled up. Probably won't go to this Bojangles again. I'd rather drive across town.

This is my review from BoJangles in Roanoke Rapids, NC. I ordered through the mobile app. Two Bo Berry sausage biscuits with egg and cheese added. Estimated time on the app was 5 minutes. We got there in 6 minutes. Pulled in the drive thru and let them know that we had arrived. Was told to pull up in the curbside area and they would bring it out. We were the only ones in the curbside pick up area. I then went to my email where they had sent me and checked in. We waited another 13 minutes so I walked up to the drive through window and I guess my face said it all because I didn’t have to say anything. The guy at the window told me that they had not forgotten about me and were coming with our food. A lady brought our food to the car without speaking and handed my man the bag. He told her thanks. Then he said I don’t think it’s any egg and cheese on these biscuits. I checked and it wasn’t. This frustrated me further. So I walked into Bojangles to let them know that they messed up our order and yet again, I didn’t have to say anything because they realized that they had forgot to add eggs and cheese to the biscuits. I then said “y’all know what”? I almost asked for my money back but they were willing to compensate me for my troubles. Got the first order, the second remade, upgraded to a large Bo Rounds and a large drink at no extra charge. I believe that some young people don’t appreciate or care about their jobs.

They never have chicken take your order and 20 minutes later. Inform you they are no longer cooking food and it’s 7:55pm. Very disappointing we go in a blue moon and when we back nothing has changed and we remember why we stay away.
