The wait time in the drive thru was longer than expected. But when I got to the window the young man was very patient with my requests. Even when I thought my order was wrong, he patiently explained what I ordered. My food hot, fresh and delicious. I will return when I'm in that area.

Services here is so bad, also when did Bojangles start charging for sauces cause it would be great to put a sign up or “ hey we have a new policy were we are charging for sauces “. when things are being change especially if you never paid for sauce at bojangles!

My family had all got chicken sandwiches and all were raw completely raw meat my son threw up in the truck and it was no one in the dinning room area and only 3 cars in the drive thru didn't seem too busy to us the manger stress she was sorry and to come back after 2 on days she works to get a raincheck on food so she could make sure that is was cooked properly which was weird that this has happened so many times before and you can only get cooked chicken after 2 and on days Mrs. Paris works it's just made my family sick to know we had eaten raw raw raw Chicken 🤢
