I got robbed here. Employees robbed me. Took my money told me to wait in parking lot and closed the store an hour later while I was waiting. Next day I went in to say I was robbed. Manager told me she won't give me my money back because her register would be short. She told me if I had an issue to call the cops. Wow they need to shut this place down. Specially after reading this has happen to others

Picked up food for my grandson. Customer service is quite crappy. Not the cleanest place, but not filthy either. Got cookies for my granddaughter and me for the ride home. Not warm, not fresh either. If you want good cookies, go to McDonald's.

This chicken sandwich comes with lettuce and mayo. I ask for no mayo and add "extra" onions and pickles. I get this. I can count the pieces of lettuce(about 10), 3 pieces of onions, and 4 pickles.

Bathroom was in need of cleaning, water on floor in restaurant, main drink machine was out of a number of drinks. Staff not personable and barely spoke when we asked questions. I asked if they had more drinks at the drive-through area. They did and got what I wanted, which was appreciated.

Stopped by around 3:15 am, on 12-17-24. The cashier was very nice and my whopper and fries were very fresh. I was surprised how good it was. I waited about 5 mins for my food. Quick service. I had it my way and will be coming back soon.

Employees here have bad attitudes for no reason. Ghetto much? The people at drive thru are hostile and will steal your card information. Don’t go here despite the good reviews

Bathroom was disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 90's. Our shoes stuck to the floor. Very rude. They forgot my sandwich. As I stood at the counter the staff wouldn't even look at me. Then she started yelling at the manager.
Food was fine, manager on duty was rude, complaining about customers in front of other customers, wanting them to leave and not check their food order bag
Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes if not more before we even got to the speaker. Everything was a dead stop. Once we got to the speaker we were asked to wait. We waited another three minutes before we just left and went to Hardee's.

We visited this location and we got sick!!! Order was incorrect. My cousin purchased a double whopper but only received a single whopper and the bread was wet. Less than 10 minutes immediately was sick!!
