Highly disappointed in Roanoke Rapids Chick-fil-a. We had issues several months ago when we went in to eat with the long wait for food and hardly no one in the restaurant. All the focus was on the drive thru. Yet again this evening went in to order take out, waited for over 15 minutes for my order as I watched the focus on the drive thru. The gentleman that ordered after me got his order and I asked about my order, didn't get told a reason why it was taking so long. As I watched after asking I saw my order being placed in a bag. When it was handed to me no explanation to why it took so long. Don't recommend stopping if you are in a hurry.

Stopped here while traveling because I left early before the free hotel breakfast. Service was courteous and quick no long lines but no options of meat alternatives only chicken, sausage or pork bacon. Decided on chicken biscuit and hash browns. Yummy!

Everyone here was courteous and polite. Especially our server, Collin. He was very kind to me and my family and offered my daughter a coupon for a free dessert. The dessert was a cookie which was fresh just like the food. Good job Collin and all staff 👏
