I decided to finally give this place a try after hearing so much bad about it. Because I really enjoy a Chipotle bowl!!
My experience was fair and food seems normal for Chipotle.

I feel like you should just read the other reviews.

Stopped by on a roadtrip, went through the drive through. It was quick, easy, and delightful. Food and drinks were correct, food was hot, drinks were cold, all was good! Young lady at the window was kind and helpful. 5 stars!

The worst experience ever
I order a chicken quesadilla in the counter and they said only made by order only I can’t believe they can’t make it when I order, bad very bad Cx services, no body was friendly in this location we coming from Maryland and we never have a experience like this in our area 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I never going to buy a chipotle in this area

This is insane! I was just now waiting in line for a little when a young lady came and sat behind me while I was still waiting when the lady who worked there waited on her like I was invisible. I kindly got out of line and walked out. The thing is if the young lady serving her would of said well ma'am this or that I would've understood but nope she stepped over me as if I wasn't even there. Never again!!! Not at this location

Wow! I thought the one in our hometown of Myrtle Beach was bad and this one tops that. Absolutely hands down one of the dirtiest place I’ve ever stepped foot in. Sweet older woman servicing food was amazing the rest staff standing on their hands. Chipotle corporate should be embarrassed allowing stores to look like this . Only protein available was chicken. Out veggies and to say the counter was disgusting an understatement . It’s sad that it’s one healthier food options on the road and yet the stores are so bad. Do better !!!!

Don’t go to this Chipotle!
1. Arrived and they told me they were out of white rice (6pm in the evening?!)
2. Barely any brisket in the tray, and it looked like it had been sitting a while
3. Place was not clean or kept up
That was my first and last time there and I love Chipotle, just not this one

I would’ve put 0 stars if i could. This is consistently the worst restaurant in Roanoke rapids, from the staff closing early, to the the subpar food quality, to the constant lack of menu items. I am unsure how this franchise is still open in this location as I’ve personally seen several instances where the health department would shut the doors. For example last night I walked in at 9:55 pm to order a burrito, the store wasn’t empty the one staff at the location was making a bowl for a customer from containers, not a normal sight however i was disgusted by the cleaning supplies open being used only feet away from where the bowl was being made. I don’t know how anyone is still serv safe certified at this location. I would recommend closing this location or getting a whole new staff this isn’t it.
