Ordered my food and got someone else's order. Think it was someone else's because it sure wasn't what I paid for

Good food at great prices much better selections than typical fast food

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The young lady at the window was EXTREMELY rude. She got dismissive and rude after getting MY order wrong. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, Louie, he was just as dismissive and rude. I will never eat here again and I’ll follow this review up with a phone call to cooperate.

I ordered the "Big double burger" plate with fries and onion rings. When I bit into the burger, it was all bun! WHERES THE BEEF? Cookout used to be the best fast food place to eat at, but it's going downhill so fast now. This place should literally be sued for false advertisement. The patties on the BDB were cut in half their normal size. A McDonald's mcdouble would have had twice the burger. Cookout should be ashamed of themselves for blatantly deceiving their customers. I know this review will get the normal "oh we care, cute and paste" response. The only way they will stop doing such things is for people to read this, look at the picture and stop going. They don't care unless you hurt their pocketbook.

Waited in line for a long time just to hear them say their milk shake machine was out of order. You would think they would put a sign up . Very Disappointing I was looking forward to one of their great shakes!! Didn't order food because I was so mad. If they ever get their shake machine fixed I am sure it would be a good place once again. I Hope that don't get like McDonald's!! That their ice cream machines don't work!!
