The substitutes we ordered were overcooked,oily and stale .and we waited 35 mins

I never thought I'd ever write a negative review on Cracker Barrel. 3pm and they were out of broccoli, mash potatoes & other foods. I ordered a sweet potato & it was drenched with brown sugar ( couldn't eat much of it..as it was actually swimming in a small bowl of butter/sugar...no kidding). No bathroom was not clean..my daughter notified Cracker Barrel employee that there was no TP in the bathroom..employee responded that they were too busy to attend to the bathroom facilities. Servers weren't slammed ...so, WHY did they refill my friend's beverage (she's an adult) by handing my friend a child's cup filled with soda...for my friend to pour the contents of the 2nd cup into her original glass. I could continue but I'll stop...SUGGEST CRACKER BARREL HIRE A MANAGER

They were out of three items we requested on the menu. The waitress seemed annoyed that we were getting frustrated rather being empathetic.

Sorry to say they were not good for time of service or service today. Not busy but we waited 1:30 for breakfast. Several apologies for being slow but then the food came cold. Had to send back. New food was good but waiting so long was the worst

I love it. The store is very nice. The place is nice and you try typical food from the south of the United States.

The mashed potatoes had large chunks of undercooked potatoes in therm. The gravy poured over them was a brown pasty gelatin. The cole slaw was just cabbage and mayo. The meatloaf was dry and cold. Most of our food was inedible.

Parking: It had several open spots. And I understand why...

Out of many items on menu at 6:00 pm. Had to wait too long for food. Restaurant was not busy. Green beans were gold. Overall, worst experience I've had here.

I love Cracker Barrel. The restaurant is always nice and comfortable. I didn't have to complain about the dishes being left on the table after I finished my meal

Server never came to take order until I asked who had our table. I had to go to hostess stand myself to get silverware. Food took long time and then was COLD when finally came. Only time I’ve ever had a bad experience at a Cracker Barrel. It was truely AWFUL!!
