Every place we have been the staff were friendly and helpful, the food always good and it feels like home.

Excellent waitress and service. Short wait for a very delicious meal.

Great pancakes as a on the road trucker its nice to stop and have a good filling meal as it can be hard especially with the lack of food quality in the industry now a days but Cracker Barrel still does it right. Always a great spot thank you

We used the app to order our breakfast the night before our pickup. When I arrived for pickup it took several minutes before I was greeted. When the server came out they told me that the fruit cup we ordered was not available due to a failed delivery of supplies. They replaced the fruit cup with our choice of apples. However, when I return my room with our, a five minute trip, the food was cold! Fortunately we had a microwave to heat up the food. Not impressed. Our first ordering breakfast on the app a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering a breakfast takeout from this location.

Something about Cracker Barrel sets my mind to comfort food and comfortable surroundings. This visit was just before Christmas and I ordered one of my favorite comforts, chicken and dumplings. When it was served to me it was not even Luke warm and I struggled to find the chicken. Several dumplings were dough like, not cooked through.
We waited an extra amount of time for our check. Check out cashiers were actively talking with each other and not concerned with the job at hand.

We stop here often on pur trip to VA. Service worse than usual. Things we asked for when served, we're brought as we finished meal (after asking yet again). Another waitress stood at the table behind us through the whole meal talking loudly to friends.
Also, you need to take soup of the day off the menu if you are only ever going to have chicken noodle.

After many hours of driving we went to cracker barrel for take out. It was late we only ordered soup and chicken fingers. The soup was cold and packed terrible spilled all over the bag. The chicken tasted like it and been refried . Very disappointed. Didn't eat much.
