Very very slow took almost 20 min thru the drive thru for 2 coffees and a bagel

Just left this store after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes. 2 idiots in the back talking and laughing never once checked the front counter. There were unfinished iced coffees sitting out, the bathrooms were disgusting, the donut trays looked ransacked. I called the store 2x to get them to the front and they didn't answer. Do better.

I am completely surprised with these reviews after having come from the Halifax location and having a completely HORRENDOUS experience (review included on their page). I was shocked to find out they're owned and operated by the same people (or management) because this store was busier than the other store, but we were greeted promptly, professionally, and pleasantly. The service was fast and top notch. A mistake was made that they fixed very professionally AND quickly. This was an amazing experience compared to the other Dunkin' Donuts.

Absolutely horrible service. Walked in not greeted or acknowledged as a customer. Didn’t bother ordering after standing there for 20 minutes. Three employees looked do not engage. Other customers orders were forgotten and they had to remind staff they were waiting for items. This store needs better management.

Door was locked at 7am even tho the lobby opens at 6am. We were traveling with children and they didn’t let us use the bathroom.

Everyone here is moving slower than molasses. If that's even possible. Took 20 minutes to order. They are out of almost everything (allegedly) at 8:30am. After I finally ordered I waited about 10-15 more minutes for my coffee and food order. Only dunkin near by but you're better off going elsewhere.

We waited a few minutes to order our food then we waited for a good 20 minutes for food it wasn’t even busy at all then we finally get our food and they messed up one of the orders so we had to go back and get it which took another like five minutes. They are very nice but they take a long time to make the food and aren’t moving at a fast pace and many other people got our order before us, even though we ordered before them.
