Stopped by the drive-thru at this Dunkin’ last Sunday on our way to vacation. The employee at the window forgot to return my credit card. I didn’t realise my card was missing until 2.5 hours later when I needed gas. And then I saw a transaction which was made at Dunkin which was made 30 minutes after we left Dunkin.
I called Dunkin’, and the lady I spoke with assured me they would send my card to my hotel and cancel the unauthorized charge. It’s been a week—my card was never sent, and the charge is still there.
To make things worse, when we were driving back from vacation to pick up the card, I called them for two hours straight—about 30 times—during their slow hours. No one answered. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating.

Dunkin is the brand that customers love but there is no love for the customer service that is the "face" of Dunkin.
This morning (11/23/24) I asked for the same coffee drink order I do at all locations when I travel for work. The problem I have at this location is they don't stir or put sugar requested in my coffee. I requested sugar from someone new at the window who later identified as the new "Manager Brie". I tapped on the window, and she belittled me and didn't know I received my order, argued at me when I tapped on the window and told me not to come back when I pulled off. I went into the store and asked for her name and informed her I was going to write a complaint on her. Her response...Oh well. The disrespectful, unprofessional demeanor of the staff at this location.

Waited 20 minutes for curbside pickup and they never brought my order. Finally had to go in and get it and my food was sitting there the whole time and it was cold. Never coming here again. Terrible service and food

I only gave a 2 stars because when I go through the drive thru. I never have an issue. I order through doordash because I can’t leave work and I always have missing items. They need to make sure they have everything in the bag before handing it to the dasher delivering it. The first time it happened I had ordered a half dozen donuts and only received three of them. Again I just ordered and had a missing item.
Best coffee chain going, of course I have to get donuts as well ?

Bad Dunkin location. Drive through was pathetic. I placed my order (and had to repeat it), and then waited forever to get up to the window. Got up there only for them to be unsure which order was mine. When I did get my food it was no longer hot. Coffee tasted stale and burnt.

I would not recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone. The girl at the register didn’t say anything to us as we walked up and she talked extremely quiet throughout the entire interaction. It was so hard to hear her and understand what she was saying. We ordered and the total came to eleven dollars and some change. We handed her a $20 bill and she said that they only accept exact change because she doesn’t know how to count it so we paid with a card. Additionally, our coffees could’ve been mixed better as they were just given to us and the sugar and swirl were already at the bottom of the cups. The other girl working also said that they didn’t have any cold brew which is unbelievable to me. As someone who works at Dunkin’, I find this to be very disappointing.
Just stopped here at 7:30 and they are closing down. Doors locked and they are counting the drawers. Even though it says online and on the doors that they close at 8. Outside is dirty and nobody would answer at the drive through.
