Excellent food, service and price. Only about 1 1/2 miles off 95. We got in and out in 45 minutes and back on the road. Prices are like years ago. Great lunch specials. Good portions. I had a Chile relleno, taco. Beans and quac salad for $8.50. my husband had a steak fajita burrito with very generous portion of steak and Mexican. Rice for $8.50. There were other good options for $6.99. It's not the fanciest looking inside or out but if you want a quick, good. Affordable meal this place is a good choice.

Overall not impressed at all with this place. I speculate the reviews are only this good because of the very small and tight knit community that goes here. As for me and my wife it was the worst mexican food we’ve ever had, the service was subpar, our waitress was rude, and the chips tasted like dish soap. Save your money, there’s a chipotle 1.5 miles down the road. ?

Best food ever! We have yet to have a bad experience. Food is cooked perfectly, service is fantastic, and we love our waiter(can't remember your name). He knows our drinks and has them to us as soon as we sit. Just a great place! The only reason I am even giving one star is due to previous service and food . I was very precise when explaining I don’t want shredded beef when getting my meal . I wanted steak . I got shredded beef . I don’t eat nor did I order shredded beef. My order was disregarded like it didn’t matter. It’s my money and I should be able to order what I want and how I want it. My husband ordered chicken and got steak . Hello . What is wrong with this situation here? I have no desire to go back to a place that don’t appreciate my patronage or respect my order. I really hate this . The only Mexican restaurant I have found within a 75 mile radius is El Ranchero in Emporia Va where the food and the service is great

Visited with classmates for lunch, and I ordered 3 Beef Tacos. The server was horrible and delivered me taco with burnt ground beef, I ask for the cook to remake, and they refused! Never eating in this establishment again!
