I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention. The hotel rooms were outdated and poorly maintained and Customer service was practically nonexistent.
The worst part? Our event was completely derailed by the sales department’s lack of coordination and professionalism. When trying to escalate the issues, management was nowhere to be found. Do not stay here. This hotel is bug infested...does not service their rooms, the patios are covered in bird droppings and the pullout beds are broken. When you bring this to management they offer to move you to another room, just as bad as the 1st and then offer only half ur fee rather than comping the room. I have been an HHONOR member for 15 years and this is the worse Hilton property I have ever been aware of. FIND ANOTHER PROPERTY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Good for a single nights rest.Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was just as clean as well. Staff was kind and friendly with any interactions we had. Can’t complain about it for a single nights break.

Great American Grill in Roanoke Rapids is one of the best places to eat in town. The salmon, ribs, and sides were all excellent. The service is still improving, but the staff is pleasant. A customer enjoyed grilled salmon with sautéed yellow squash, red peppers, and mashed potatoes, receiving unexpected dessert from the chef. Another customer's wife loved the food so much she ordered take-out while staying at a nearby hotel, highlighting the excellent service. Overall, it's a restaurant worth visiting for tasty meals and good service.
