Convenient location on the I-95 route. Not too bad compared to other options, but the sheets were definitely not changed between guests judging by sheer the amount of hair on them. I heard weird noises all throughout the night likely faulty electrical or something. Overall, just felt very haunted.
Not the best Hilton I've ever been to, its whats available in the area. Fairly lack luster, restaurant and bar kinds cool

I very much enjoy the updated rooms, bath products, smart tvs, bedding, and black out curtains. Thank you guys for always making my stay feel like a home away from home!
Only been 1/3 nights so far but very pleased overall with our room and our stay. I just wanted to point out that they should add a heater to the bathroom along with an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Otherwise this place is very nice.
I'm back to update my review. This place actually sucks pretty bad. Restaurant food is disgusting and high priced. Pool advertised as heated yet freezing also freezing in pool room just in general. This will be our 3rd and last night here, they moved a family with multiple dogs next door and they haven't stopped barking since. Literally for hours now. I just went down to get a drink since I'm stressed from the dogs waking my baby up, nope no blender and cannot make half the drinks advertised. This place sucks and we will be booking elsewhere in March when we return.
Just ok. TV didn't work. No hand soap in the bathroom (the young man fixed that though). Pet hair all over room and ironing board. Was told to play around with the TV to get it to turn off since they didn't have batteries for the remote and they didn't know how to get the TV to turn off. The front desk associate wasn't to interested in this at the time of check out. Definitely not the usual for this particular hotel. Disappointed in the customer service guaranteed motto because it definitely didn't apply for this stay.

Very clean hotel aesthetically beautiful we were told we could have a 130 check out when being then knocked on the door and the phone kept ringing to tell us we had to get out at 12 so we were getting a mixed message on that, Luckily, we were already packed up at 11:30, With four cats.
The other thing that was very disappointing as when you’re driving far distances like from Connecticut to Florida and you’re now in North Carolina and you really need to sleep and then you need a breakfast that is supposed to be open until 10 Close early because they said no one was showing up.
When you say you’re open from this time to this time, then you should be you could wait 20 minutes or 30 minutes and no one comes in and all of a sudden 10 people come And very disappointing. We won’t be staying at this hotel again. There is nothing around it to eat unless you go back a couple of exits when we were going southbound to get to Florida the people were very nice to us at night when we checked in the people in the daytime were very arrogant and acted like we were the ones that fault. The customer is always right get it together Hilton Garden Inn in North Carolina., , off 95 South bound !!
A newly rented hotel. With a full kitchen and attentive staff.
The restaurant is the nastiest restaurant I've ever eaten at. The service sucked. Don't eat the breakfast, it's terrible! You'll thank me later, trust me. The pancakes can be used as a spare tire if needed. The bacon was cold. The eggs are worse than anything I've had in the military. Please go out of your way to get breakfast somewhere else.

Terrible experience here and I've stayed here many many times. Employees here don't know what they're doing. Checked into my room last night and the heater made so much noise when I first walked in the door I asked to have the room changed they were having a computer problem and they couldn't give me another room so I canceled my reservation. In my opinion I have been going here for over 20 years and it is gone way way down.
Would not recommend this hotel any longer
pretty new if not brand new facility. Room was super clean. everything was good except the thermostat only goes down to 65°. you can't just leave the fan running full time it's on a thermostat. If you're someone that likes it really cold or likes to sleep with the fan this place is a no-go. I thought that was pretty lame for what you pay especially and of course you can't open the windows.. kind of like a really nice prison 🤣
Beautifully renovated hotel was a pleasant experience. The rooms were brilliantly decorated and clean. Everyone, and I mean everyone, greeted us with a SMILE🤗 and warm Hello. I think I have a new favorite😍. Anyone who works in hospitality management knows Romelo could not have made a better statement with the Halloween costume 👍🏾
The staff was amazing! Some of the best people both professionally and personally I’ve ever seen. The hotel was clean and comfortable and made my family and I feel very cared for during our stay. I was in town dealing with a tragic family situation and their kindness towards my two sons and us was very humbling and received with great respect and gratitude on my end. The food was top shelf. I am extremely thankful we ended up staying. I can not put into words how blessed we felt to have been surrounded with such care and attention during one of the darkest times in my life. Thank you, to each and every one of you! 🙏
We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The bar service was excellent and the hotel staff were very patient with all the rowdy people after the concert while ensuring no one got out of hand.
