The food is good but sometimes the chicken is dry. The yum yum sauce needs to be thicker because it's very watery. The customer service is always great.

The food was certainly what made it worth it.

Hibachi was pretty bad. Nothing was fresh. Chicken and Veggie Hibachi taste like it had been sitting in steam warmer all day. Veggies were overcooked and flavorless. Precook Hibachi! No thanks.

It was as good as we expected for a quick stop hibachi on our way through the state. Not super flavorful, but didn’t expect it to be amazing. It was exactly what we needed for the time. Good portions. Clean building and bathrooms. Nice workers.

How hard is it to get a simple order right, and I can't stand when people make excuses about being busy. No reason to ever visit again.

It's what you would expect from hibachi in Roanoke Rapids North Carolina. I would recommend the Popeyes next door. Hibachi steak, fried rice and a pile of grilled onions. It was like McDonald's tried Japanese food.

If you close at 9, you don't tell customers they have to be out by 830 cause you have to clean. You clean when the place closes. And they don't do a very good job of cleaning.

For the price, it should be on real plates! It wasn't what I expected at all. They forgot 1 of my veggies and added a veggie I didn't ask for. It was very hot in the building, until halfway through the meal, when another worker came in and turned the A/C on! My first and last visit.

I recommend the food. It’s delicious. My problem is pertaining to service. I left a generous $5 tip on a $10 bill using a card to pay for my to go meal. The total was to be $15 and some change. I was later updated that the charge was $25. A member of the staff added a ‘1’ before the 5 where I had wrote in the tip. I hope the extra 10 bucks was worth losing a customer willing to spend $100+- every week. Cheers!

Service was kind and attentive. My chicken was slightly over cooked but still delicious. I'd rather it be over cooked than under cooked.The place could use a real good cleaning in the dining area and bathroom.
