I know they were busy but we got shorted 4 biscuits and 4 dipping sauces. The chicken tastes different. My order was sitting on the counter my son grabbed it and no one ever questioned him .

I have to say this is one of the best KFC we have been too everything was good and the chicken livers were amazing food was hot, good, and not hard ... thank you KFC employees the 6:30 shift i will be making this one of our favorite stops when we are in nc....

When got the food, it looked like it had been dropped back into the grease to get it hot; also tasted like it. It was very salty and left a greasy coating in my mouth. When I tried to call them several times they wouldn’t answer the phone! This isn’t the first time it was disgustingly!!

Samantha was one of the most efficient employees I've ever seen at a KFC. She took the orders and repeated for accuracy and prepared orders as well as directing the other employees. The store was ship shape! That woman deserves a raise!!
Ordered and paid for 10 piece bucket, got home and only 8 pieces in the bucket. Employee can't count.

Literally shorted me on chicken nuggets after making me wait 15 minutes in the first place. Then had to wait 15 more minutes for a biscuit. After I got my food all they had was ketchup. I didn’t even ask for more sauces. Meanwhile they were all just sitting in or around the lobby BS’n about the weather.

The friendliness is everything I expect about the South. No one can beat north Carolina's friendliness, and welcomness. That is so important to say because it seems that most restaurants have lost that ability to smile & act friendly. The food was cut to perfection, meaning that it tasted just like it did when I was a kid. Nothing was greasy or weighed down. The restaurant maintained a calming, enjoyable atmosphere.
