Worst service and pizza ever! Ordered at window and told to pull around it would take 1-15 min. No employee brought out food out. We had to go inside. Pizza wasn't even rolled out all the way pizza looked like something you let a 5 year old make. Would not recommend.

Never has parmesan or zap packs. Pizza is rarely cooked properly. Almost always extremely doughy. This will be my last visit. This location is garbage

Hit or miss here no napkins or any condiments. Pizza has little to know cheese I will probably try one more time if no improvement then back to Pizza hut I will probably not use Roanoke Rapids store again.

So I didn't order anything from them when we went all because I seen that they don't wear gloves and I mean all the not one person had a pair around not a box or on their hands. My friend did but I couldn't.

I put in a online order for two pizzas. When we got there, the woman on the counter said one of our pizza got lost..how you loose a pizza?? No you gave our pizza away. We had to wait even longer just for another pizza.

Call in order..picked it up abt 30mins later..didnt have dipping sauce...told me too park an wait..asked how long..they didn't knw..an I paid for sauce..i didn't wait...why I have too wait on a call in order??

People talk like they just robots. And my pizza was hard before I could make it 10mins away from the store.

I watched employees playing games on the phone while drive thru chimed and me and 2 others waited for our orders to be taken. No one else was in the store. I got 5 pizzas and a wing box and the wings was the only thing up to par, pizza was cold and old. This place has gone drastically down hill. Employees shouldn't be allowed phones while working. Sorry service and food.

Always the same pizza..... Taste like it did years ago!

We were on a trip down to Disney. Our youngest has been telling us he wanted to try little ceasars and we happened to be in the area of this location. I have to say I was surprised at how much we enjoyed it. Staff was incredibly nice to us and talked to us while we waited for the food.
