My husband and I went to Logan’s for his birthday. We ordered two Ribeye dinners. Salads were delicious. We got our salads about 2 mins before we received our meal. I cut my steak before it could get cold, it was really good. My husband cut his and he said it was good. The more I looked at his steak, I realized his steak was not a ribeye. My husband said it cut and taste more like a New York strip. I told the waiter I thought it was New York strip. His response was it was a 12 oz. I left it alone but it was definitely a New York strip. I wasn't going to argue but I was disappointed that he didn’t get what we paid for.

The menu says one thing but what you get is different. Spoke to a female manager and she came out to the table with an attitude. Decided to give this place another chance due to previous visits and nothing has changed. Find you another restaurant to patron don’t waste your time or money at this place.

I came here for the second time in the same week for the food and service. The grill has a great season and the staff is very attentive and mindful.
Get a big steak. It's worth it. If you sit at Wyatt's bar, he's definitely going to take care of you.

My classmates and I went to Logans for lunch. It was a group of 25 people. The service was phenomenal even the manager helped with our orders. They were so attentive to our needs. All of us had positive remarks. Definitely will plan another Luncheon here.

I came here Friday with my friends and this was the worst experience i ever had with Logan’s. When we got there it was completely empty so I don’t understand why we still had to wait an hour for food and when we finally got our food it wasn’t even hot it was loop warm. The food looked disgusting and we had to ask about our food for it to be brought out as if it had been done but they had forgotten to bring it out. Other tables that had just gotten there were getting faster service than us and nothing was communicated to us about our food or the wait. They knew the food wasn’t up to par but they still served it to us. I also asked would we be compensated for the long wait of or “cold food” and the waiter said no without hesitation. The waiter was new by the way and we could tell she didn’t really know anything yet because we asked about an item on the menu and she told us she didn’t know and just proceeded to take the order and when we didn’t have our food yet she would just come stand and look at us not knowing what to say which made me and my friends uncomfortable. This situation frustrated me because I usually like coming to Logan’s but I will not be returning anytime soon.

Logans for the 2nd time just doesn't want to service large groups. They had us wait 45 minutes to be seated for a birthday party and they never gave any effort to sit us so we left and went to Applebee's who seated us less than 10 minutes of entering. We will not be going again until they really learn customer service and communication.

Good place to eat! We enjoyed it. We don't have any of these restaurants where we live but if they did I would go back. We were visiting in the area and ate here for dinner one night. I had the salmon and baked sweet potato which were very good. I did not like the broccoli. It was mushy.
