Absolutely the worst customer service in Roanoke Rapids. Slow, rude staff. 20 minute wait for food and then it’s wrong. Terrible!
For over a month now when using the drive through either the ice cream machine Is down or the frappe machine isn’t working . Tonight I went thur the drive window to once again to be told I couldn’t get a frappe that this time the machine needed cleaning . The night before which was Tuesday evening the machine was broke down . So why not clean it that night then . The worst service anywhere sat in a drive thru for 30 minutes until they decided to tell me they were out of shake mix all day and the “manager” was less than professional and customer oriented ..... last visit ever and will share my experience !!!
