Having to wait so long in the take out line is bad enough but what's worse is not getting the correct order that you place. It's a shame you have to double check behind these folks before you drive off. This happens more often than it should.

They charged my credit card twice for my food and somebody else's. Yes they gave me the money back. That doesnt matter, Why would u charge my credit card twice, and you didnt have to? Thats NOT a debit card. I could've paid cash!! The manger has no common sense at all.

Got wrong order. I ordered quarter pounder. After waiting 10 minutes brought me one with no onions. I wanted onions. She took it back. 10 minutes later someone else brought me back the same no onions quarter pounder. Tasted terrible.

When I visit Roanoke Rapids I normally stop at the McDonald's off exit 173 and pick up a couple boxes of $5.00 kids meal for my little grandkids. They love the 6 piece nuggets meal.
