Placed order over the phone was very specific about my order with coupon and I even upgraded to extra large and plain wings, very disappointed no extra cheese pizza looked dried out and chicken was so over cooked you couldn't eat the skin, and I asked the gentleman do you have military discounts, he replied yes. But I didn't see it on my receipt or the price he quoted me. I will not be going back anymore

Rude and disrespectful. I ordered food and they said they would send the driver with extra $10 because I only had a $50. Yes so no change and I'm not tipping $12 for a $20purchase. Then the Manger calls me and says thanks for waiting there time. Lmfao...ignorance is truly bliss I guess

Second order in a row that was delivered cold. If I wanted cold pizza that I have to reheat I can pull one out the freezer for a lot less money. I tip well to ensure it is hot. I will no longer be ordering pizza from papa johns. If you don't look after the people who tip well then you can't be mad when you only get pocket change.so long and good luck papa johns.
