Food is good as long as you order it after 5pm. For some reason it's the same way with service. There seems to be only one or two people working on there doing the daytime.

I am I loyal papa John’s customer and i normally have a great experience with them but yesterday 12/1/2025 for some reason it was just a complete miss I order 3 medium pizzas brownies and wings I order for the wings to be well done ran through 3 times they was flabby my brownies wasn’t cut up and neither was my pizza 0 out of 10

Their perfect for me i haven't ate pizza in two years due to a stomach illness and papa John's is the only pizza I can eat due to their many sauces,and variety of good toppings for me to be able to eat. Papa John's is the best

What can I day I love this place. I have never had an issue with my food. I do have an issue with one thing bc normally I don't go in to pick up my babies not literal goes in to pick up. So when I went in the man touched miscellaneous stuff after handing me my boxes and did not wash their hands and went back to food oh n they don't wear gloves. So now I'm iffy bc I have now seen it for myself.

Order pizza and wings with snow on the ground and cold outside my food was set on the porch no knock at the door. When I looked at the text it said the driver handed it to me. So I go look and sure enough there was my food. Pizza was no where need hot needed to put it in the oven to heat it up.
1st time here but will be returning. Such an awesome experience

Placed order over the phone was very specific about my order with coupon and I even upgraded to extra large and plain wings, very disappointed no extra cheese pizza looked dried out and chicken was so over cooked you couldn't eat the skin, and I asked the gentleman do you have military discounts, he replied yes. But I didn't see it on my receipt or the price he quoted me. I will not be going back anymore
