Eating in the food is always going to be hot & fresh. Always..

However, the vinaigrette they give you at the table has a HUGE cute on the tip of the bottle, and you have to shake it up in order to use it because its vinigar & oil so.... you guessed it... a finger would have to go ON TOP of the bottle in order to shake it up to use it... who knows how many fingers have been on that and germs inside that bottle... no thanks on that one🤢

Besides that...

Taste is okay it's not at all the best of the best Italian restaurant I've been to, but it's okay for the location it is at....

Eating in isn't an experience at all🫥 You basically can just walk in and seat yourself. They will check to see who came in and will get you when possible.

Waiters will do their best to check in on you, but its never consistent.. probably because its usually an order to go type of place, so i dont fault them..

Overall ill give it a 1 🌟 it could've been better but.. its Roanoke Rapids after all

Love their food & service! It's always good!

Picked up my take out order and everything went well. The cashier was very nice. We get home and it’s not made correctly. We call in to see if maybe we made a mistake when we ordered and we did not. They simply didn’t make it right, perfectly fine, people make mistakes. We live out of town and didn’t want to make the trip back since we just sat down for dinner and would have to waste 30 minutes of our limited time together as a family, so we asked if we could possibly have a discount for a future order and were told that that is not their policy. They will only remake it if we bring it in. It was a little disappointing that we ordered correctly and did everything correctly and a mistake they made couldn’t be fixed without us having to sacrifice our time and money. Highly recommend the food but the policy is not something that is acceptable.

They made my pizzas wrong and didn't want to remake it so I got my money back.

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant. The staff is wonderful and attentive, even when they are very busy. The food is excellent and we have tried several items on the menu.

Would not recommend this place. Food was mediocre at best and the service and staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Luckily we are passing through. Save your money and eat at PizzaHut or Papa John’s.

Don’t know who the new workers are but we literally sat at the table for over 30 minutes no one came to take our food nor drink order got one of the waiters attention she looked a continued to hold a coversation with the cashier I’ve been going there for years never had this problem

I ordered shrimp scampi for take out. Got home and tasted the shrimp scampi and it was awful! It tasted like nothing but pure lemon juice on pasta with shrimp. I called and ask was their shrimp scampi made with alot of lemon juice and they said yes. I told them I had never had it to taste like that. They didn't offer to give me something else or or give me credit for the next time I ordered. I know one thing for sure I'll never order that again!

First time here and I have to say the food was sub*par literally. I don't remember asking for chicken philly because I don't eat chicken philly but the girl claimed I asked for it . So when. I asked her replace it she acted like she didn't want to. But they did. Now the problem with the sub was the bread: it's old and.crumbly. the bread can make or break a sandwich for me. The steal and onions were ok. Overall, I'll give it a.5.
FYI they don't have BBQ for anything, even the waitress said they should have it and they don't, so go figure.

Food was good service, not so much. The wait staff could not decide who should wait on us. When they did our server seemed scared or nervous.
