I ordered via mobile. I pulled up to the drive thru order board to inform the employees that I had a mobile order. No one ever answered. When I pulled up to the window the first thing out of the female employees mouth, is next time stop at the order board which is exactly what I did. I asked if everything was in the bag and was told yes. I got my food, the chicken strips were old and hard. The red beans and rice container was half empty. There were no straws, napkins or fork....
Never have eaten at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. My grandchildren eat there often and while visiting several weeks ago, I tried Popeyes … glad I did because they not only have the best taste, they have my business!
They forgot sauces (the biggest sin a tender slinging joint can have), cutlery (guess I'll just eat this Mac and cheese with my hands, thanks.), and the person operating the window was rude (mad we reminded them we had 2 lemonades and not just one?).
