Went through here for lunch and was asked to pull forward. It took a long time and I went in. However, the staff was very nice and understanding. They were very polite and offered me an extra item due to the wait. Food was hot and fresh. Highly recommend this Popeyes.
Wow, sometimes the fried chicken is dripping with cooking oil. Some days the people are very nice and polite and then there are other days. This day the person who waited on us remembered our last order from a week ago and knew what I wanted. That's always nice; sometimes a smile or other acknowledgment would be nice, too.
I visited Popeyes in Roanoke Rapids, NC. It was a drive thru and the chicken was not pleasant looking due to darkness. I went inside and the manager who was polite, kindly agreed to have myself cooked fresh chicken.(15 minutes) When it came time for the completion of the cooked chicken; the man who was cooking the chicken, takes the batch of already cooked chicken that had been out for how long and adds to it the supposedly cooked chicken.(am not sure if manager knew what this...
