good service at times, somewhat lengthy wait when it's crowded, or im just used to coming at 4:00-6:00 in the afternoon, where the only customer is a person using the free wifi, quality does vary, but SIX DOLLARS for my usual caramel ribbon crunch frapuccino is outright insanity for people without disposable income, also the deco is mid

As a person that does doordashing for a living, I average about 550 deliveries per month, and as this is the only Starbucks for several miles, I am in this store numerous times throughout the week. Each and every employee in this establishment truly is amazing. They are so professional exceptionally knowledgeable about their craft and yeah, I don't know if I've ever met more polite people in my life. I always look forward to coming in here to get people's orders. Because I know that first, the order is going to be correct for my customers. And secondly, the way that each and every individual does, I don't hear handles, the customer is just beautiful.

I was on vacation, at 14 years old, and stopped at this starbucks, wanting a grande chai with no ice. When my drink was handed to me I was shocked to see that it was only filled halfway. I almost let it go but then realized I had just paid $6 for it, and deserved the full drink. When I politely asked about it, a barista told me “when you order a drink with no ice we have to give you less to account for the ice that would be there.” I explained that I’ve ordered this drink with no ice at many other Starbucks locations and it’s always been filled to the top. I also mentioned that the starbucks policy clearly states that drinks should always be filled to the top, regardless of ice preferences, and that this is in the starbucks handbook. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she then glared at me and offered to add milk to the drink to fill up the space. I was shocked by how rude and dismissive she was and how she attempted to enforce a non-existent policy to cut me short.
I was extremely disappointed by this experience and don’t plan to return to this location.

If I could leave a zero I would. If your kids cry do not bring them inside or you will be asked to leave. You are entitled to a child free life, but you are not entitled to a child free world. Disappointed is an understatement, I will not be coming back (as someone who goes everyday, and a mom of 2 kids)

The time is 3:15pm. Date 6/13/25. The crew working today are truely exceptional. They were very attentive with my 11yr old son. They worked as a team should work. Treated the customers well. Provided excellent service and seemed to truely enjoy working with one another. As I said before....Exceptional. This is why my son and I return frequently. Thank you.

I've visited this location many times when traveling between Raleigh and Washington DC, however today was special. Dae greeted my wife and I, she was simply the kindest and most delightful Starbucks employee I've ever encountered. She is a true gem, an exemplary Starbucks representative. Thank you Dae and the rest of the Roanoke Rapids Starbucks crew!
I waiting 10 mins to get help at the counter and after 20 mins of my order being taken never got a drink. employee had enough time to make themselves a drink but not enough time to take care of customers. ending up canceling and getting a refund. worst customer service i have experienced at a starbucks

Stopped here on a road trip. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. They made all the drinks awful and we found multiple hairs in all the food we ordered. Just terrible quality control
