Always a Hit!!! Ribbon Crunch me all day or a Ice coffee...
I've visited this location many times when traveling between Raleigh and Washington DC, however today was special. Dae greeted my wife and I, she was simply the kindest and most delightful Starbucks employee I've ever encountered. She is a true gem, an exemplary Starbucks representative. Thank you Dae and the rest of the Roanoke Rapids Starbucks crew!
I waiting 10 mins to get help at the counter and after 20 mins of my order being taken never got a drink. employee had enough time to make themselves a drink but not enough time to take care of customers. ending up canceling and getting a refund. worst customer service i have experienced at a starbucks

Stopped here on a road trip. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. They made all the drinks awful and we found multiple hairs in all the food we ordered. Just terrible quality control

They are the best crew ever!!! I love my daily morning stops here I'm always greeted with a smile, a friendly face😊 and a cup of Matcha without milk😁
I am a Starbucks frequent. I get they have their ups and downs, but this Starbucks is ridiculous. I have waited an hour in line inside to get my drink and today, I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line. It’s absurd that it takes this long to get my drink that doesn’t even taste good. They burnt the shot and the people weren’t even friendly.

Ridiculously slow drive thru at times. I frequently visit this location, sometimes u can go through the drive thru pretty quick. But if you get stuck it’s a 20+ min wait time. Even when there are literally 2 cars in front of you. It doesn’t make sense.
