One of our go-to stops along 95 with fast service. Don’t really understand how they can be out of seasonal drink supplies but oh well. There are other good options.

Refused to give me the order that I payed..contacted customer service to give me a refund. Skip this location..seriously waited 30 minutes for my drinks even though I ordered while on the highway 45 minutes prior..they said “We are focused on the drive thru more than the front, next time come to the drive thru.

This used to be a great location. The past several times I have ordered, they either were closed and after promising to refund my mobile order did not refund me. Or every item I ordered was half done. Every drink is lacking half the ingredients. The food is the same or not cooked. The worst Starbucks experiences I have ever had by far.

This has been our stop when traveling from Virginia further down south for several years and this is still the slowest SB I've ever experienced. I just don't understand why!!?

Correct your hours of operation. It says online you open at 5 am but at 515 you either weren’t open or ignoring your drive thru.

I get Starbucks are hectic but this one just seems like a chicken with no head. My friend and I stopped by for her to grab a drink before we started the day. She came in, they took her order ( just 1 drink) after five minutes, then moved back to drive thru. They did not start her order or acknowledge her for over 15 minutes (meanwhile getting orders after her out). Then they got a bus and started on that. I understand that they get slammed but there's no reason to ignore your guests. Another thing that is bothersome but as a heads up, the parking lot and entranceways are atrocious. Dealing with 3 different sides coming and going is a madhouse, but I have yet to see a Starbucks with sensible parking so it's not so much a 'this location' problem

Parking: There are spots but check all three ways because some people come flying in and out of the parking lot next door. In a 30 minute spam I saw two near accidents.

This place is full of incompetent people go to Starbucks and 10$ for a coffee you would expect it to be right well not the case here the manager runs around clueless the short barista with glasses can't make a coffee to save her self
