I placed an order on May 25, 2021 at 12:00 pm for 3 footlong subs. When my husband went to pick up our order, he was rudely told that their online ordering system was down and they couldn't make the food(even with our emailed proof of payment) without their system telling them to. There were two other customers in there at the same time in the same situation. She advised my husband that since the order didn't go through that a refund would be issued and the money back in my account in two days. It has been seven days now and no money has been refunded.
