Online order for 6 people placed and fulfilled in about 20 minutes. Nothing was missing and everything seemed to accurately match what was ordered. When I arrived to pick it up, everything was ready in one bag and the staff gave a warm welcome. Kuddos to the team holding it down at 1:00 on Monday 10/20!

One of the worst subways I been too, the food was nasty looking. I came in with a positive attitude I’m from Florida and was stopping somewhere quick to eat. The workers were miserable but it wasn’t in till I started to order where I asked for my bread toasted the one lady missing tooth with crazy eyes started goin crazy all the workers said how she is disrespectful and crazy. Her name is cinthia. All the workers said she is crazy to all the customers.

Update I contacted corporate (first time ever having to do this)

Upon entering the restaurant, the manager (Cynthia) was immediately rude and dismissive. We are visiting from Florida and simply wanted a quick meal, but she had an attitude from the start. When we politely asked for fresh cheese because some of it appeared stale, she became irritated, told us to “go somewhere else,” and continued to speak disrespectfully.

Despite staying calm, Cynthia began talking about me and my friend in the back, making rude comments about our appearance, and cursed at us directly. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that she was the manager.

After paying, I noticed the food preparation area was dirty and unsanitary, so I took pictures to document it. When she noticed me taking photos, she became even more aggressive and refused to issue a refund until I said I would contact the police.

Other employees quietly told us that she treats everyone this way and that they’re short-staffed because of her disrespectful behavior. This confirms this is not an isolated incident, but a repeated pattern of unprofessional and hostile conduct.

Requested Action:
I am formally requesting that Subway Corporate investigate this location and manager for misconduct, harassment, and sanitation violations. Based on the severity of her actions — cursing at customers, refusing refunds, and maintaining unsanitary food conditions — I am requesting that corporate take disciplinary action up to and including termination of her employment or franchise management authority if the investigation confirms these behaviors.

This experience was hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a Subway franchise. I can provide photos, receipt proof, and employee statements to support this complaint upon request.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Not worth the $5. For the footlong nachos .. there was barely no meat! And it was nothing on it but 2 small tomatos. And 2 jalapenos.. dont waste your money getting this at this location

I really like the food but the service I just saw didn't make sense. Lady came in asking for a lighter colored foot long of white bread worker didn't even look turn around pulled one out she asked to look at them ask for a different one and was told there's too many people in line there was only one person behind her. So I guess now we can't have what we're wanting even though we're paying and it was no extra hassle. And this is the one on Julian allsbrook

These young people know nothing at all. I asked did they have any soup. She frowns, we don't sell soup. Gurl you're young and don't remember. Stop putting people in your establishment who know not one thing about anything. Just simple minded young people.

Every time I go in this subway they always are rude and get an attitude when I order something and get in there and it isn’t ready because they ran out of something when I placed my order online…my sandwich is never done when I arrive

I walked in and there was two women were working. Neither person greeted me. I said hello to the lady behind the counter. She looked at me and walked away sweeping. The other lady who was on her phone came over to wait on me. She never greeted me just asked what I wanted. I could tell I was definitely an inconvenience for both lady's. After placing my order I also noticed this store had a Sanitation score of an 87 B. I work in a restaurant and you have to be pretty nasty to get a score like that. I will not be going back.

Saturday 1/4 at 6:30 PM. We were never greeted when we walked in. 2 employees on the floor. They bickered the WHOLE time we were there. The female employee wanted a break and the man employee kept ranting at her for it! He was almost out of control with his comments and attitude. Finally she stormed off the floor with the man continuing to yell at her in the back. Finally, the man turned to us and further ranted about her. Talked negatively about women in general to my husband with ME STANDING RIGHT THERE! Of course my husband defended me and women in general. Meanwhile, the guy wasn't listening to my sandwich toppings and put 2 wrong sauces on my sub. Lettuce was also yellow and old. We finally got our food and we split. It was surreal-- SO uncomfortable and even scary. Cannot believe we didn't just leave, but we were hungry.

My online order was made incorrect when I got there. Manager was rude and argued with me and told me I ordered a sub when I showed her on my phone it was a protein bowl. She was very disrespectful and just kept arguing saying it was a sub and she made it right. Her very nice employee was nice enough after seeing my order on my phone was correct she re made my order.

Service sucked got food home no meet what so ever on the sandwich called young man was very rude said whom ever picked up the food must have taken it off don't think my husband done that but when I ask when I could speak with the dodways I was told I could not

Life in a Stock Wrangler

I couldn't even rate the food, I couldn't get any help. All of the employees were out back smoking and hanging out. This area in general has some of the worst workers and service I have ever seen. Will be exiting Roanoke rapids, very rapidly.

She WhoLovesEveryone

They prepare subs with greatness but there is only one person who can operate the register or is 'allowed' to. When she does her attitude is as if customers are disturbing her from whatever she was doing. Oh, well. No longer frequenting THIS particular facility.
