Taco Bell

They are pushing “kiosk” ordering only - it takes longer to order on kiosk than having an attendant who knows what’s where for customer service and turnaround times - also, had to ask for a printed receipt as the kiosk was not capable of a printed receipt.

They are trying to “sell” extras by a way of confusing people at the kiosk who know what’s where they want and have to click for 15 minutes to simply place an order.

I go to a LOT of tbell. The burritos at this one was freaking tiny. One of the worst I've ever been to.

Took over 30 minutes to get the food. Heating was broken. Drink machine was messed up.

Went in because my truck is too big for the drive thru. Went to counter to order and employee came around and went to self service kiosk. I said I would like to get 2 crunchy tacos. They proceeded to just stare at me. They said come here and I’ll teach you how to use it. Told them no thanks and left.

Very poor customer service, very slow service.
They now have order kiosk, which even slows down the process more.I do not recommend this taco bell unless you have a lot of time for not very good food

So she going to ask the white man do he need a drink for his food but I'm going to look at me and walk away this is the worst food service I ever received. The lady working the front counter name is Priscilla.

Never in my life have I used the word phenomenal to describe taco bell's food. Until today. I'm no gourmand by any means, I really only eat once, maybe twice a day. & I far prefer cooking for myself over fast food. However, of any & all fast food restaurant i've been too in my life. It's safe to say that this taco bell is the first to make the food look like it does in the advertisments, & taste exactly how you'd imaging. It's by no means a michilen star menu. But the staff here clearly care about the product they put out, & it shows. Maybe North Carolina is stricter about when wraps and shells and other such perishable's have to be replaced, compared to my home state of Connecticut. Whatever the case is, I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat from the taco bell near my home in Connecticut again, at least not sober 😂

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I thought my food was going to be fresh because I had to wait for it. But that was not the case at all. The chicken nuggets were overcooked and not good at all and neither was the crunch wrap. The crunch wrap was actually cold. The soda taste watered down. The seasoned fries were very good and actually it was the only thing I ate. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell.

Sign on the door says open until 1am. We showed up at 12:52p and the door was already locked. The staff said only drive through is open so we go around to the drive through wait about a minute just for the staff to say they are closed. We then went to sheetz and when we left and drove by taco bell again the staff was still there at 1:18a

Stopped for breakfast. Crunchwraps were great. The pop machine in the dining room everything tasted bad. The lady at the counter was very nice and informative. I would return when in the area again.

As my followers know, I am a doordasher and I travel all over the country and obviously visit all the restaurants in the area wherever I am. I can tell you one thing the manager. At this particular Taco Bell truly is amazing. Every time I go into the store, you can see how well she carries herself, and it passes down to hulu her employe I can tell you one thing the manager. The food in these places are all the same, but what matters. Yes, who is making you're meal for you? And I can tell you that this particular establishment takes pride in their work.

Would highly recommend not eating here. Ate here today on my way home from the mountains and immediately got food poisoning.

The food just wast good. Too much lettuce and chunks of tomatoes consumed the beef. No sweet tea available. No chicken in the quesadilla. Not worth going back.
