Felt bad for the many workers there. Seemed very confused. The order menus were down, apparently, and only one person on the register for the line of people inside. When we asked if we could order at the register, the girl didn't understand what we were asking and another waiting customer had to ask. The employees were not able to help us and seemed annoyed we were even there. We were very uncomfortable and wished we had done the drive through. But with our long drive way we needed to get out and move around. Rest rooms needed serious attention. The food was excellent tho.

Service was awful and food was cold. Employees did not show respect, smile or say thank you. Dropped frozen chicken tenders and French fries on floor and left them. One employee dropped a frostie and kicked it across the floor. Saw cook go out the door to smoke pot and brought the awful smell in dining room. Will not be coming back and I live in Roanoke Rapids!

When I say that I am LIVID with this burger, I mean WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?! I’m thinking this was supposed to be a delicious juicy burger like the one advertised but instead I was given THIS?!

Not to mention, I ordered a junior cheeseburger for my niece so she could get her free frosty, but the lady didn’t include it with the order. 😩 I’m so disappointed.

open sign is not up to date. Says this Wendys location opens at 6:30 am. We showed up at 8 am and still closed. This must be a lunch only Location. Just a heads up if anyones look8ng for breakfast

Went inside thinking it would be quicker. Flies everywhere well as a roach. Every worker even the manager were very slow. Burgers and fries sat on the counter while flies circles it and then they got the nuggets and everything else was cold.
