Burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Service at the speaker and window were awful. Tried several times to call the store and let them know and nobody ever picked up. You're right off the interstate! Get it together.

Wendy’s food is absolutely delicious, and I loved every bite! However, it was very busy when I visited, so it’s not ideal if you’re in a hurry. That said, the staff is super nice and friendly, which made the experience enjoyable despite the wait.

I just ordered 2 Dave's double combos and an extra DD sandwich from the drive through and only got the 2 combos! Y'all owe me a sandwich!

The fries were soggy. The soda station was a mess as was the condiment area. The floors in the kitchen were littered with trash and fries. The customer service at the register was good although we overhead employees yelling at one another in the kitchen. Not planning on returning here.

Stood in line for 10 minutes at the counter, was told by worker he would be right with us to take our order, spent more time talking to his fellow employees instead of taking our order so we left will not be back to this location. Very poor service… Customer should come before socializing with your fellow employees.

I literally just purchased a Dave's Double Combo and when I got home, the bun on the top and the bottom are soggy! What causes a bun to get soggy sooo quickly...Nothing! It had to be soggy when the sandwich was made. So my question now is, what was my bun sitting on or in?!

You should not sit in a drive thru at for 35 minutes at 3:19 on a Friday afternoon. Slowest service ever and stuck in by other cars.
