There was a plethora of staff working and the wait was so ridiculously long and they could not get the orders right they made multiple people wait and had to go in and out trying to figure out the orders. So ridiculous and unprofessional especially with so much staff just around doing nothing.

They move very slow and the workers are very rude especially in the drive thru they act they don’t want to take your order it’s like they don’t want to be there. 0/10 customer service.

I guess the most important things were good. The food was good and quick. The guy that took our order was very polite and nice. The other positive was that the food was good and fast. The issue is the restaurant clearly is lacking a manager. It was dirty. The floors, the tables, the seats, the bathroom had no soap or towels. Even my kids came out to say those were some of the dirtiest bathrooms they ever saw. I had to move trash off the seats before we sat.

One of the worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to. There’s a bag of laundry in front of the bathroom door the whole 30 minutes I was there. Bathrooms were an absolute train wreck with literal feces on the toilet rim. Floors covered in food, backsplash of soda fountain covered in what seems to be days of dried up sticky soda. Food came out decently fast, none if any sauce on boneless wing. Kicking chicken sandwich had no hot sauce so I had to ask for more. Just seems like a lazy establishment.

Black girls with dreads in drive Thu are very rude and unprofessional. They were mad because we drove around and requested for a mustard sauce. Terrible!

I don't know who manages this place but they should quit. This location is nasty on the inside. Horrible staff and food that's prepared with no standards. Cold, old, and overcooked food live at this location...even the drinks are bad. Do yourself a favor....spend your money elsewhere....disgusting

I stopped at the Roanoke Rapids location, and I was given spoiled chicken. I tried calling several times and no one answered the phone. I'm sure that others experienced the same situation. But, I was seriously disappointed. I can only assume that some food was left out over night or at room temperature too long before cooking.

The dining room is nasty, trash all over the floor, the whole while I was in there eating, not a single employee walked around and cleaned anything up. The type of people they have back there working, it’s no surprise because they probably live like that at home. Management needs to do a better job at who they hire.
