I eat sloth of chicken and zaxbys was my go to place. Not anymore, sat here for 25 minutes waiting on my order as the focus was online orders. On top of that the hot wings were the smallest I have seen with the wings being about the size of my pinky finger(they must have some deal with the producers to get the smallest cheapest wings) and the tenders were no better. Not a good value when you can go to bojangles or lees and get a higher quality, faster, and better meal.
Disappointing visit. Took 25 minutes to get food, even though it was not busy.
Questionable cleanliness based on bathroom conditions.

Drove through the drive-thru and food was great but took a little long to get it. I would recommend going inside to order unless you can't.
Firat time eating at one of these, i got the chicken salad, they forgot my fork but things happen, they were very busy. I will be returning. Very friendly.
Run from this place! This is not a fast food eatery. It took nearly 45 minutes to get a simple order of a sandwich and fries. The floors were sticky and the place was dirty.
Good visit, l was addressed immediately and order was taken quickly and most importantly my fries were pipin hot but my chicken wasn't as hot and while edible not as enjoyable. Still a successful visit!!
I ordered fries and tenders and I asked for extra seasoning and they put none at all. When I went back into the restaurant they had told me they ran out of it. They should have told us that when we were ordering bc now my sister won’t eat it and the chicken tenders looked sad.
Employees have struggling issues with paying attention to detail. Never can complete an order, items always missing!
Zaxbys strikes again. To say I'd rather starve to death than go here again would be redundant. Don't go here. I've never seen so many people behind the register work so hard to look busy while not taking an order from me; the ONLY person in line trying to place an order. After 5-7 minutes of workers making eye contact with me then looking away, I decided to leave without ordering anything, yet I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the place. Since this is the second time in a row that this has happened (once in another city), I can safely conclude that the problem lies with poor training at the corporate level.
I will never ever ever go here again, even if it was last place for 20 miles and I haven't eaten in 2 days.

We got in the restaurant and we immediately saw trash filled to the top and the dining room was nasty. We ordered our food but did not get it at all and we had to cancel the order because we waited for half an hour. The employees were in the back laughing at something and our order fell on the floor.
After a 10 minute wait, I was pleased to receive hot food. Sadly, of the 4 meals and one side, we didn’t receive a single sauce. We came here to try the recommended sauces. There was no Zax sauce in any order, and no sweet and spicy sauce in the egg rolls. We also had a coleslaw in the meal and didn’t receive any utensils to eat it with. We hit the road right away, so didn’t get a chance to go in and ask for sauces-double check your orders before you leave!
Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes at 5:40pm right after a car ordered ahead of us and nobody answered.
