Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This used to be the best chicken place, I don't know if there is new management or what but it now sucks. Last 3 times I went. 1st they gave just super hard chicken sandwich, 2nd time the sandwiches where SOAKED in sauce, and this time they didn't even put it on a bun. They put it on soggy bread. The chicken is so small also. What happened to this place. Also please fix your speaker, the person can never hear even when your talking loud and you can barely hear them.

The dining room had trash all over the floor, the trash bins were overflowing and there were no napkins. I've never seen anything like it

I went to the drive thru at 9:45 pm saying they closed but got folks getting food and they supposedly close at 10:30 pm sorry ass folks who don’t wanna work

Worst zaxbys I have ever been to. This place should be shut down. I waited over an hour in a drive through for 6 cars. I had to leave because i still had not gotten to the window in over an hour. Do not go here.

Worse service at the Roanoke Rapids location. Went through the drive through and ordered the zensation salad. When I got home had only one egg roll and it was burnt. Drive thru service is too long. So disappointing! The corporate office needs to closer monitor this franchise.

I like zaxbys, but this location is sloooooooooooooooooooooow. Don't go thru the drive thru if you are in a hurry

Couldn’t tell you if the food was good. Just stopped there and went in to find the place filthy and 4-5 employees standing around NOT taking my order.

Please don’t tell me to contact zaxbylistens. Judging from all the other reviews here, you clearly don’t listen.

Stopped in for a quick bite on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered 2 chicken finger platters. While the chicken was fine, the coleslaw was definitely food service with just a thimble full given and we had to ask for forks. The dining room was filthy, trash on the floor everywhere . The men’s room was also filthy, probably not cleaned since opening with a urine puddle under the urinal. The sink top was puddled with no paper products. Yuck! Try somewhere else. I’ve seen cleaner facilities in a big city transit station.

I got the Asia zensation salad,not impressed with it won't be doing that again. But the egg roll was delicious, wish I had ordered additional one. Otherwise service was great and environment was clean. I will definitely go back again, love the bread they served.

Why I never eat here. The food is never like other Zaxbys. Just got food warmed up so long that you can’t eat the bread. Wings with hardly any sauce and always out of everything.
