This zaxbys is the worst!!! I went tonight and they were only serving chicken tenders and fries from the whole menu. The workers were nonchalant about not having anything available.

When you order online to pickup at 9:00, don’t make the customer wait 25 minutes after pick up. Restaurant completely empty, yet incompetent staff.

Ordered 2 zax snack meals at 5:16. After 15 minutes and watching 4 people get their meals, who arrived and ordered after me, I asked the cashier if my order had been forgotten. She said no and told me to wait my turn. Another customer came in at that point and got their chicken meals in less than 5 minutes. I asked the cashier again who told me it was still being worked on, and ignored me when I asked why others who also ordered chicken were getting their meals and I wasn’t. She never bothered to check on my meals. After 25 minutes I asked to speak to the manager three times because she ignored me the first two times. He told me he remembered making the meals but didn’t know where they were. He made them immediately. But the 25 minute wait, the attitude of the cashier who never checked on the status, and who didn’t seem at all concerned that I kept standing there waiting while she filled and served order after order of chicken meals to others was just too much. I won’t be back.

There was a plethora of staff working and the wait was so ridiculously long and they could not get the orders right they made multiple people wait and had to go in and out trying to figure out the orders. So ridiculous and unprofessional especially with so much staff just around doing nothing.
