I ordered the grilled chicken salad and a side of bo-rounds. The tomatoes were rotten, and the chicken tasted like it had turned. One staff member had handled the bo-rounds with no gloves or tongs. If I could leave no stars, I would. My husband had to share his meal with me just so I could eat. Completely disappointed.

Nice they had trailer parking for our RV. However we ordered online in advance, it wasn’t ready when we arrived, and I waited in line after they served 12 people (I counted) that came in after me. One worker kept trying to serve new people and saying I should wait while another helpful young man stepped up and made our order realizing what happened. Food was mediocre at best.

We ordered 2, 4 piece chicken supremes. The most basic order. We waited for about 30 minutes… thinking okay it’ll be worth it since the food will be fresh for once. I was sadly mistaken but at least it was edible this time. They also forgot to place a biscuit in either box which was also very disappointing to realize once we got home.

Ordered a 16 piece tailgate, 6- Bo berry biscuits, a chicken biscuit, and 2 Bo’s chicken sandwiches combos. They were unable to complete my order - ran out of mac-n-cheese, chicken sandwiches were spicy chicken, and after waiting for 20 minutes they still hadn’t started my Bo berry biscuits. Workers were not using gloves to put food in containers after working the register and not washing hands. The cashier was rude when I asked for a refund on the Bo berry biscuits and when we ordered - left without a refund.

Arrived 6:30 a.m. walk up to door it's locked try other door it's locked to. Hours posted on door say 5:30 a.m. . T ZZZ wo men in parking lot tell me they open when tgey feel like it. This is by far the worst Bojangles around

Super speedy drive through! My biscuits were absolutely amazing, exactly what I needed on my long road trip! Service was good but the coms for the line are a little hard to understand. Would go again!
