Been going to this bojangles since I was young. Never seen it this bad. Im not sure what happened but these workers that are new past couple of months have been shit. Imagine waiting 15 minutes for a two piece supreme. With no line. Makes no sense. Get it together or this place is going to die a long with the mcdonalds that used to be beside it. Pitiful

I got an egg and cheese and large sweet tea with no ice because that gets me through my entire day. No other customers were at the store. I got a bacon egg and cheese (I’m kosher) and a unsweetened tea that had ice from the bottom to the top. I took like five sips and it was gone. The lady was rude handing it to me and I just smiled and went to work. I had no food and 5 sips of unsweetened tea. I will never go back because that was beyond petty.

I keep trying to have hope that this restaurant will improve , but every single time I come here its the same thing. Now either the oil is poorly managed to make everything come out looking burnt, or they’re just redropping product.Clearly they don’t hire people who actually care about the quality of the product they’re serving.
The amazing cashier at the register did a great job, called back to the kitchen for tenders to be dropped fresh bc I asked for my meal fresh and the picture attached below is what I received.
Maybe it’s time to take into consideration that someone who makes 10 dollars an hour has to work for THREE whole hours of labor just to bring home $20 after taxes , then they decide to spend that money on treating their mother to food after chemo made her ill & they take their last $20 to this location. Just to have to throw the food in the trash.
Yall should be ashamed of what you’re allowing in the community & you wonder why sales are down. You don’t value your employees so half your employees don’t value the customers.

Service was very slow. Long wait to order followed by long wait for food. Tenders and fries were tasty.
The person on the drive thru box has trouble hearing us. But she was very friendly. Some parts of the exterior needs repair but the interior looked nice and clean. Fries were a bit overdone. But amazing biscuit and delicious tea.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad and a side of bo-rounds. The tomatoes were rotten, and the chicken tasted like it had turned. One staff member had handled the bo-rounds with no gloves or tongs. If I could leave no stars, I would. My husband had to share his meal with me just so I could eat. Completely disappointed.

Nice they had trailer parking for our RV. However we ordered online in advance, it wasn’t ready when we arrived, and I waited in line after they served 12 people (I counted) that came in after me. One worker kept trying to serve new people and saying I should wait while another helpful young man stepped up and made our order realizing what happened. Food was mediocre at best.
