Instead of giving fresh Azu sauce they add water to it and it's practically nothing but water there's no flavor to it. Whoever is working there at the Rockingham North Carolina location they need to be replaced.

Went thru drive thru and bought a classic roast beef sandwich yesterday. Was not able to eat half of it look old and tasted awful…. Now I have food poisoning! This is not the first time I’ve got food poisoning from Arby’s in Rockingham! Cooks in fast food, restaurants need to be careful handling and making food! Fast food orders need to be freshly made for each order! I rather sit for 30 minutes and have fresh hot food then go through the line for three minutes and my food is not good, cold, old and nasty! Food poison is not fun! Have no desire for Arbys food anytime soon! I understand rush-hour comes and goes, but please take your time and give your customers fresh food at ALL TIMES! The fries were cold and not fresh at ALL! ☹️. I do thank God for coming by and helping me and giving me some strength.! God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble! ?

I wasn't too sure about it being attached to a gas station. Alot of restaurants of that sort are unaffiliated with a franchise/corporation so they tend to be less regulated as far as quality control goes, however, this Arby's got it goin on!!! For real!Parking: Plenty of parking for the restaurant and gas station patrons as wellWheelchair accessibility: Being attached to a gas station has its advantages with accessibility for people who may require wheels to aid in their mobility
So I work part time at autozone about 30 minutes away, and I get off at 9:15 so I had my mom go and pick me up some food tonight. And keep in mind all i’ve ate today is two tacos and I worked 5-9. So you can already imagine how hungry I was when I got off. Well to my surprise when I get home, they gave me crinkle cut instead of curly. And that’s DEF not what my mom ordered. That’s not all, they ordered a blue minute maid and didn’t even receive the right drink. And the lady at the window didn’t even tell them they were out until my mom had paid for it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me. If the lady wasn’t sure what my mom had said she should’ve taken her time and got our order right. Completely ridiculous if you ask me. AND their sweet tea isn’t even sweet it’s absolutely disgusting.
