I'm a DoorDash driver and this location was extremely disorganized. The DoorDash app stated that after 2 PM orders must be picked up through the drive-through. When I followed that instruction, I was told to come inside instead.

Once inside, an employee told me that EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS U AVAILABLE and that the customer would need to cancel the order. It nothing is available, I don't understand why this location is accepting online orders or even remaining open.

This wastes the customer's time and the driver's time and creates
unnecessary frustration. Management seriously needs to address inventory communication and order handling.

I didn't have a good experience. I felt I wasn't treated well, they messed up my order—I ordered lemonade and they gave me tea—they didn't give me my complete order, and I feel the girls are disrespectful.

Horrible service..been waiting an hr to order food. Apparently DoorDashs and the window is more important than all the customers waiting to order food from this bojangles. Absolutely ridiculous and ridiculous.
