Horrible service..been waiting an hr to order food. Apparently DoorDashs and the window is more important than all the customers waiting to order food from this bojangles. Absolutely ridiculous and ridiculous.

First off lady at front took awhile to even come to counter to take our order, was wanting to add bo berry biscuits with my order but they were out of icing, tried to get my drinks and they were out of ice in the front so had to ask for ice, my grandma who placed her order separately came out before ours did, and accidentally spilt some coffee on the counter all on her tray and food and the lady at the front looked at my grandma and rolled her eyes and didn’t even offer to clean it up for her or anything, it took FOREVER to get our food I had screaming hungry kids and the workers were too busy talking and doing other things other than trying to please their customers, tables were dirty, my kids were getting crazy from having to wait so long so I went up front to ask for refund and they acted mad about me asking for a refund and said they don’t have any help okay well that’s not my problem just give me my refund and they wouldn’t they still had me wait for my food.. once the food finally came my son wanted ranch and they were out of that too. I should not have even had to pay for this food. this has been the worst experience of fast food in my life. Rude workers, awful food & service is awful

I ordered from the app this past week only for my chicken to not include mashed potatoes and cole slaw and instead was given dirty rice and green beans. How do you mess that up? Add the chicken seemed to mess up with a few of our stomachs afterwards... Bojangles is usually good, but come on now!

The AI taking the orders in the drive thru now is actually pretty good!
Ordered the biggest family meal available plus dessert. Got to window and they informed us that all of the Mac and cheese was burnt. No problem. We just switched it to dirty rice. Get told to pull up and waited for 10 minutes just for them to forget the gravy, the sauce, the tea, some napkins, and the peach cobbler. Went back inside for them to then tell us they are also out of peach cobbler and they felt that one Bo berry biscuit would be a fine substitute as well as 3 total honey mustard sauces would be plenty for a family to share. At this point, it wasn’t worth trying to ask for a more acceptable replacement or reimbursement. While leaving, decided to try to grab some napkins but all of the holders were completely out. Due to the lack of care, supplies, and general sanitation (team was munching on food while prepping, we witnessed thru the window) of this location, I will choose to go elsewhere in the future and wanted to inform others to do the same.

Yesterday I visited this location, and I have to say—it’s been hit or miss lately. Some days are great, others feel kind of “blah.” But what really made me clutch my pearls this time? I ordered two drinks… and there were no straws. So I asked for a couple—and was told, “We ran out of straws.” 😳
I’ve heard a lot of things in my life, but that? That was a first. The Fourth of July is around the corner, and y’all don’t have any straws? To go with drinks? C’mon now.

I waited 20+ minutes for 2 biscuits and 1 order of Fries. I get home and the Fries are so salty their uneatable. Literally blood pressure triggering. Not good! They only worry about their drive thru time or their regulars

I will never ever as long as I live come back to Bojangles in Rockingham. It is 4:26 in the afternoon and they do not even have chicken ready for supper time no wonder no one comes to this store anymore poor management poor quality just need to shut it down.
