the food sucked, fries weren’t salted and we weren’t provided salt. the food was freezing cold. The cheese sticks looked like pure puke.

Food is decent, although it probably would've been better hot. I received my meal lukewarm. Chips weren't completely cooked, and were soft and rubbery. Service is a bit slow.

Went to dinner for the first time tonight. Probably be the only time. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin cooked medium and received a very well done steak. Our food sat on the counter to be served for over 5 minutes while the other staff just ignored it. There was only 1-2 other tables eating and plenty of people to handle the service. Got served the wrong drink when I asked for a refill and when my husband mentioned to the server about my steak her response was "yeah I'm sorry I told them medium, but I don't think we have but one cook that can cook steaks." I guess he doesn't work Saturday nights at 6:45.

Their eight oz Burgers are so small, they look like a.4oz burgers, I used to be a grill cook, and I used to weigh my meat, so I know what a 4 oz Burger and a 8 oz Burger look like. And they over-charged me for almost $14.00 for a mini burger, fries and a coke. You people really need to start being honest, and stop ripping customers off........ I will never eat at Bob's Burgers ever again.

It's like the brick and mortar came with a new attitude...
They got that building and started slacking.. I went there once about month after they opened. I got the loaded fries and a burger.
(I've gotten the loaded fries before from the truck and they were AMAZING!!!! Very nice size.)
But when I got em from the building they were a quarter of the size!!!!! And the bacon was over done, chewy and inedible. Most of the loaded fries ended up in the trash.
The burger was also TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I was so shocked. My father was shocked. Also TRASHED!!!!!!!!!!
We will NOT be having Burger Bros ever again.
The servers were nice and I wanted to give them a nice tip but didn't feel safe doing it.
The place just felt off...

My family and I went to burger bros on 8/24/24 @ 2:15pm and had the worse service ever!! The young girl with dark hair was very rude and not pleasant.. she did not greet us when we sat down , she just put utensils and menu on the table and walked away. She came back still did not greet and gave us our drinks. We tried to order certain items and was told they were sold out which was fine and we could have ordered something else but due to the atmosphere we decided to leave. I was very disappointed and upset as my family and I enjoy the food in service in the past.. im very upset.

People, DO NOT GET the cauliflower. I stood in line for 25 minutes in the heat to get an UNDERCOOKED cauliflower with bacon and cheese. The cauliflower should have been softer. It was like crunching on carrots. $6 plus $1 for bacon and $1 for cheese, so $8 all together!!! Sell for $4 maybe but $8 ??!! Noooooooo!!!! The flavor was boring. BOOOOOORING!! Should have cooked it longer and used bacon grease to finish it. I have learned my lesson. I will go to McDonald's next time. At least I would have been eating something cheaper AND tastier!!! It was so bad, I couldn't finish it. I want my money back. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10 out of 10. This was our second time visiting the Burger Bros food truck at The Norwood Smart Shop. Burgers were excellent! We also got the loaded BBQ fries and fried mushrooms, mmmmmm hmmmmmm! Service is great and very friendly. Can't wait for them to come back! Thank you!
This is the third time we have eaten here and I will not give it another chance. We sat there for 20 minutes after we ordered our food for our server to tell us they are out of bacon and that they could use BBQ sauce instead. I don’t need somebody to tell me what we can do instead. Bacon and barbecue sauce are nowhere near close to each other. We should’ve left when we ordered shredded cheese on fries and they were out of that. Every time I try to eat here they are out of something and honestly, it’s just been a big waste of my time. I love their food trailer and I give it 5 stars. There needs to be someone other than teenagers in this kitchen. Not to mention the person at the grill with all the hair, by law should be in a hat or a hairnet, I’m not trying to be ugly, but that’s gross. They also made us feel like we had no business getting up and leaving. The only thing we had received is two teas, if you feel like I should pay for that then I’ll bill you for my time. You can’t blame me for whatever food you had already started cooking because your server should know what they’re out of before she takes the order. I managed a restaurant for 20 years and if I ran out of something, my guest never knew because I would have gone to the grocery store.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger Bros and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with a wide range of options to choose from, including burgers, salads, and more.
I opted for their 10 Oz sirloin and I was blown away by the quality of the food. The steak was cooked perfectly and the spices were fresh and flavorful. The seasoning was spectacular and the texture was perfect , creating the ultimate combination of flavors.
The service at Burger Bros was also top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all of our needs were met throughout the meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making for a pleasant dining experience overall.

Extremely slow service. Waited almost 25 minutes for my food, and I ordered the special (burger, fries, drink) nothing complicated. By the time the food arrived at the table, I had to get to go boxes because my lunch break was over. The fries were cold when I got them, so I threw them away. The burger was edible, but nothing special.
