I didn't catch her name but I was there around 1130am picking up a mobile order in the drive thru. The employee had braces and was extremely pleasant! It was honestly refreshing compared to the other times I have been to this location. Keep her around!

So I had gotten a mobile order. around 807 it was ready. Why was i sitting at the pull up line for 20 mins.. Just to be welcomed to cold frys.. Then for my family and I to watch the workers just talk amongst each other. Smh.

Tonight I went through the drive thru, the man putting together our food at the second window we observed him eating food, and then licking his fingers. He immediately went back to serving food, and attempted to hand us our food. We informed the manager we needed to speak with her, she seemed like it was an inconvenience to talk to us. (Which i understand because she was on a walker). Our food was remade and handed to us by someone else, when we left he was just standing there yet to wash his hands.

Order 2 small grits and it Appeared they were taken from bottom of the pot. We could not eat them so I returned them. Manager gave me my money back but no explanation or she was sorry how we received them

Bread was hard, hamburger patty was cold. Cheese not even melted, had to scrape off a lot of Mayo even though it was ordered no mayo😏. Milkshake was vanilla soft serve in a cup. Price was right under $13. You win some, you lose most when dealing with fast food restaurants these days.

Every single time I come here it does not matter if I order a cold coffee or a fry I have to pull up and wait and ur staff thinks it's funny I always wait 6 minutes 12 seconds no matter what I order and I think it's time cliff and or drew spent some time at their restaurant to fix this disaster
