I didn't catch her name but I was there around 1130am picking up a mobile order in the drive thru. The employee had braces and was extremely pleasant! It was honestly refreshing compared to the other times I have been to this location. Keep her around!
This location normally is very solid. Soon as I walked in I was very impressed with how clean the dining room and bathroom was.Service was pretty quick and correct, food was good but not very fresh, still very enjoyable. The problem was the staff not being polite and professional.Staff should never conflict in front of customers and when I asked for sauce after receiving my order the manager (I think) acted like it frustrated him.Overall i Suggest this location they just need...
The staff right now is clearly very new and unenthusiastic. Food waste must be fairly high if I could judge based on a very overstuffed breakfast burrito. Maybe they should get the staff some pictures or measuring cups to help them get used to portion control
