Gave a commet on managers post,but was taking down because I spoke the truth.The seafood is not as fresh as it used to be.The serving portion sizes have reduced noticeably smaller in size,prices keep going higher.This is why my family no longer dine at these locations.Speaking the truth is why my comment was taken down then you have thin skin it should be a learning experance learn from the comment and grow from it this why you can comment or leave a review.

I got double fries instead of fries and coleslaw. They wanted me to bring my food up there to prove it. Then the girl tells my son that i ordered double fries. It was also the receipt. But i said coleslaw. My hubby repeated to me. The manager took our order. She comes over to look at my plate. She says they usually take the plate to the back and swap out the sides. Weird to me, as any other restaurant doesn't do that. Plus, my fish tasted like chicken. It was gross, I couldn't eat it. I googled it and am trying to figure out why. They no longer use whiting or cod. Google it.

This is my favorite Captain D's. The food is always fresh and hot, and when I eat inside the place is always clean.

I never had any issues with this Captain Ds but today was packed and I understand it gets overwhelming as a server. What I don't like is when the cashier or staff who handed me my food lied to my face. I ordered 15 butterfly shrimp and I counted 10 in front of her and she still had the never to say it's 15. I would have let that go but her nasty attitude and demeanor made me feel some type of way and snapped at her about the count. She took my plate and still wouldn't fix her attitude after another staff member had brought it to me and I counted in front of her. The cashier / staff that had the nasty attitude had to make a smart remark about me counting again. Please ladies and gentlemen make sure you get what you paid for because people like her have no integrity no manners to apologize and say that it was their mistake or it's been a busy day.

I am highly surprised and the dirtiness of the inside of this facility. The grout on tile and tile was dingy, the seats were dirty, walls were marked on and the overall smell was ok but it smelled a little sour. I understand how places of business can be busy, but I was shocked to see this facility dirty.
The people were exceptional wit service and quality of food. Very nice manager who took my order. The inside of the is facility did not meet my expectations and really need to be looked into.
