I never had any issues with this Captain Ds but today was packed and I understand it gets overwhelming as a server. What I don't like is when the cashier or staff who handed me my food lied to my face. I ordered 15 butterfly shrimp and I counted 10 in front of her and she still had the never to say it's 15. I would have let that go but her nasty attitude and demeanor made me feel some type of way and snapped at her about the count. She took my plate and still wouldn't fix her attitude after another staff member had brought it to me and I counted in front of her. The cashier / staff that had the nasty attitude had to make a smart remark about me counting again. Please ladies and gentlemen make sure you get what you paid for because people like her have no integrity no manners to apologize and say that it was their mistake or it's been a busy day.

I am highly surprised and the dirtiness of the inside of this facility. The grout on tile and tile was dingy, the seats were dirty, walls were marked on and the overall smell was ok but it smelled a little sour. I understand how places of business can be busy, but I was shocked to see this facility dirty.
The people were exceptional wit service and quality of food. Very nice manager who took my order. The inside of the is facility did not meet my expectations and really need to be looked into.

Been living in this area for 18 years, and never ate here. Boy was I missing out! The food was freshly cooked, everything tasted great! The interior was clean and had a nice beach vibe. I will definitely be back here on a regular basis. And the staff was on their game! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of my wife's favorite restaurants, the prices were very affordable, surprisingly cheaper here than other Captain D's. When we ever pass thru this area / city , we will stop and support this establishment. The staff were very helpful, honest. They must have dropped a lobster bite, and shorted me on the original plate. The staff informed me that it was one short and would be bringing me another fresh from the kitchen when. It was ready. I honestly would not have known I was 1 lobster bite shy in the meal. Thank you for being honest.
I stop at a Captain D's anytime I am traveling and get the opportunity. I thought that the prices were very low for a fast food seafood place as I am used to paying several dollars more per meal. They even had specials that were $4.99 and $5.99. That being said the exception was a side of two chicken fingers that was a little over $4 and they were very small. The food was good, hot and fresh. Service was good, place was clean.
