The food was horrible onion rings undercooked , chicken wrap had a chicken nugget instead of a tender and the burger was saggy and had to much mayo and ketchup it was just sloppy

Food was great. Service left a lot to be desired though. Slow and unpleasant is the best way to describe it. Milkshakes were overflowing and the cups were a mess. Ended up with icecream all over the console and all over us. The rep working the window seemed annoyed. No smile, no please, no thank you... No conversation at all really. That is just the younger generation though. This is the new normal pretty much everywhere though.

Tell her my order clearly two or three times and still got it wrong the team was not sweet and what my wife did have she said was nasty was the only order they got correctly. They MUST do better!

I was at the Box 10 minutes before they closed and nobody would take my order they didn't even come across the box and say they're closed or closed early they didn't say anything they just ignored me and acted like I wasn't there so I pulled up to the window and they did everything to avoid the window like it was the plague. Another car pulled up at the Box behind me and nothing... they just acted like we didn't exist. At least have the common courtesy to say you're not taking any more orders so we don't sit there and waste our time, gas, and energy waiting on someone to do their damn job. I'm sure they still got paid for that 10 minutes but they couldn't bring themselves to finish out their damn shift smh

We were out of state and tried it and it was really good, we wish we would have tried it sooner and go to a location with a dinning room !!!! Will definitely try again next summer when we go south .

Dear Cookout,

I hope you’re doing well. I visited your location today at 1240 E Broad Ave, Rockingham, NC 28379. There were about five vehicles in the queue, but the wait time was unnecessarily long. I ordered a milkshake and onion rings. While my order was ready, the onion rings were barely warm.

Additionally, the drive-thru attendant was not very personable. When I asked her for some ketchup, I had the bag close by in my car, and instead of handing it to me properly, she tossed three packets into the bag—one of which ended up on the floor of my car.

I managed to stay composed. I found her behavior completely unacceptable. What if I had thrown my money at her, hoping it would land in the register? This situation was out of line and unprofessional.

Please review the surveillance footage and take appropriate corrective action. I exited the drive thru at 7:05 PM EST driving a black Toyota. The attendant’s name was Monica, and her attitude and actions were out of line.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please provide a resolution for the unsatisfactory service.
