I mean it’s fast food but I’ve never gotten anything terribly jacked up or bad from here. Only thing I’d say is they get the order wrong sometimes but we’re all human.

I came by here after work. I was so hungry, the person on headset was very nice and quick, so was the person at the window. Unfortunately I got home and my Cajun chicken sandwich was not edible. I could not bite through it. I broke it open and it was beyond dry. I live in Gibson so I wasn't bringing it back. Very disappointing.

Cookie at the drive thru was phenomenal. I would’ve thought I was at Chick-fil-A with they type of customer service she displayed.
Better ask for a receipt. The cashier tried to charge $6 over the price of my order. I told her that can't be right. She said it was $33. I said what did u have on my order. She told me what I ordered. She again said it's $33. After three times of questioning the price I gave her $40. She started handing me my change and I said I need a receipt. Then she starts pushing buttons again and recounting the money. The bill was only $26 dollars. So then I called Home office. Noone called back so I called back the next day. The girl on the phone said she would contact the store. Never said sorry about that or nothing. So make sure to get a receipt.

Ordered a barbecue sandwich with no slaw I get home I have a BLT. Rude service also!!! I guess this is how fast food has become. Hopefully they will get it together cause it was a nice place to get a quick bit

Like cook out wish thay had cook out in Houston. When I come to hamlet NC. Cook out is the first place I go to get me four hot dogs. To me thay are like NYC hot dogs.

Food was good, maybe average, and the staff was polite. The most annoying thing was there are literally no trash cans on the property. I'd ordered from the walk up window and ate on the bench out front. When I was done I knocked on the window and asked what I should do with my trash and he said I would have to throw it away in the dumpster at the back. There's a dumpster at the far back side of the property and I had to walk all the way back there to put it in. I don't understand how the health department allows a business not to have a trash can for the public.
