I just ordered a $9.99 pizza , any toppings. I ordered pepperoni, sausage, and beef. All i got was pepperoni and limited sausage. Sucks😡

My wife and I went to get my Father in Law a personal size pizza and the crew was very pleasant and attentive. How they were so pleasant in that hot atmosphere is beyond me. Kudos to the workers.

The manager 5:24 pm slam the drive through window told me my order was not ready. Pl order at 4:54 pm order still not ready at 5:37 pm and told me I could get my money back in 5 to 7 business days

Store #4456 made our pizzas that was delicious!! I had the gluten free crust and my husband had the NY crust. They made the best pizza my husband and I have had in the time we have been in NC !! Ticket #122 rocked!!!

This Dominos in particular can have some really good food and great staff it honestly all depends on time of day and what staff is on but if you get good staff then your food will be beautiful & delicious 🤤

Garren was a fabulous manager who really goes above and beyond for his customers ❤️💯 He handled my complaint with professionalism and the upmost respect!! I don't ever have issues with this location...the foods always hot...fast and service is fantastic...this was the first time I've ever had an order come out too done...and honestly I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Garren the M.O.D. handled the entire situation.

I ordered a pizza at around 10p and was told it would be delivered in about 30 minutes. 2 hours later still no pizza: I was 2 miles away. I called twice and the first call I was told "your pizza is in route" then a called 45 minutes later and was told in a very rude way that "I should check my porch" and I replied "I'm in a truck at the Purdue plant and I was told I would get a call from the driver when they arrive", but that never happened. They complained about not having enough drivers, but no one apologized for the delay. As I expressed my dissatisfaction in a respectful way, I got hung up on..This employee has cost the owner a bad review. This is why it's so important to hire the correct personal when you're servicing people!

Just tried to pick up my food after sitting in line for 30 minutes for the guy to tell me about the window that we never ordered it in the pizza tracker, saying it was in the oven

I waited over an hour to pick up my order. When I got to the pick up window I was told to drive around and park for 10 minutes then come back to the window because my order still wasn't ready, but other cars were allowed to wait at the window for their orders, some waiting well over 10 minutes with a line behind them. The food was the worst we've had there ever. This place is going down along with most all other food establishments in Richmond county. Simply if you want good food don't go to Hamlet or Rockingham, go out of town!
