Y'all MUST NOT WANT MY MONEY... Or anybody's money this holiday season. WHERE IS THE COOKIE SYRUP FOR THE HOLIDAY COOKIE DRINKS?!!!!!!!!!!! Like I would be there MULTIPLE times a week if y'all had it but because y'all don't I haven't been back in at all.

I honestly wish that corporate cared. I contacted them on Twitter and they said stores can do whatever they want. Which is annoying... And heartbreaking.

I've only been here once. It was a very bad experience. Service is terrible. Took over an hour for me to get an order that I had scheduled online. Absolutely terrible!!!!!

The coffee was good. The sandwich was good... actually the sandwich was pretty freaking yummy. I'll probably order that again. But the doughnuts were absolutely disgusting. Dry. And of course they didn't have any Halloween sprinkles... 🥴

Due to the crappy service the atmosphere was also really off in there...

I was planning on going there more regardless of terrible service because I wanted to try the Holiday season stuff. But now I see they don't even have the brown sugar cookie syrup that they are supposed to have FOR MOST OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON DRINKS!!!!!!!!!!! 🥴

I'm confused. Do y'all want money or not?! 🥴

In the AM July 21st, I walked in, and no one acknowledged me. (And the 3 were standing on frontline) About 3 minutes later, the cashier then asks for my order. She didnt give me all of my change, because 'she doesnt have any pennies' ? (1) "manager" puts my coffee with someone else's order. They fumbled over it, top to bottom. I asked for another one, and the cashier says, 'why? Did they drink out of it? ? ' New coffee, please. (2) The drive-thru cashier says,'Have a good day. They sittn' there waitin' on their change, that's all I got for you! Gone out of my drive-thru!' (3) I said, "whoooooa!" "Manager" says 'I just haven't had a chance to go to the office.' ??‍♀️ How many miles does she have to walk to get to the office for change?

The hot chocolate is always great. I come every morning to get a hot chocolate and maybe a donut sometimes. Their donuts at this specific location are always dry and hard. I’ve came multiple times for a donut and it always tasted stale. Never tasted a fresh , good donut from this location.

I have been coming here every day for 4 years and ordering the same thing: large coffee, 7 milks, 7 sugars, espresso shot. Simple right? Since they changed managers or whatever they’ve done they cannot seem to get my coffee right. There are 4 employees out of them all that can follow directions and read the tickets I guess. They are the only ones to ever get it right.

Overheard employees boasting that if someone orderes midnight blend coffee they just put a shot of espresso in regular because they were not making a whole pot for anyone.....sounds dishonest buisness practice to me.
