We waited 7min to get. Waited on then this older man came in and the staff was yelling at him to leave it scared my granddaughters they could have handled it a different way and they messed up the order not once but twice
I used to come here all the time, but at some point, they stopped adding milk to the frozen coffees. Thought it was a fluke the first two times they stopped, then this cross-eyed lady told me they couldn't do that. Corporate said they could, but I don't want to anger the people making my drink. What if I die of poisoning or something?
The hot chocolate is always great. I come every morning to get a hot chocolate and maybe a donut sometimes. Their donuts at this specific location are always dry and hard. I’ve came multiple times for a donut and it always tasted stale. Never tasted a fresh , good donut from this location.
