The customer service was spot on! The food was good but had a bit too much salt for my liking. The restaurant was clean and when we let the staff know about the seasoning they corrected it immediately no questions asked. I enjoyed the fried dill pickles tasty appetizer. I would likely eat there again

The services was terrible. Asked for ketchup for table and did not get it. Also the only thing was good was French fries and slaw. It will be a awhile before I decided to go back.

In my opinion way to many people entering and exiting the kitchen area. I do not believe alot of them where on the clock working. Food decent but a little dry on the medium cooked steak.. wife's salad come out after many n entree had started to be eaten.

Good food, good service. Our waitress Katie was awesome, all the staff was super nice. Such large portions, overall food was great! However, the coleslaw is extremely lacking and awful. It's right out the bag sprayed with a mayo water mix. No amount of salt and pepper could doctor it up. Maybe try adding the fatz sauce, mayo and mustard to create a creamy, spicy, but sweetly tangy slaw to compliment the bbq and fried food! The slaw is in dire need of life support. All else was great.

Typical Fatz menu. Service was very good and friendly. Draft beer was fresh. My spouse ordered a cocktail that was also very good. The restaurant was not very busy while we were there.

Went to Fatz while visiting family. Great menu choices. Service was excellent l, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Hope they expand to Raleigh/Durham soon.
