I was greeted as soon as I walked in, which felt lovely. There were 3 guys behind the counter that greeted me and my mother with wonderful smiles. I believe their names were Ray, Tyler and Maison. Ray was very friendly and took my order. Tyler and Maison made my food very quickly and correctly, I was surprised how fast it was! Ray even brought the food right to our table! The food was hot and delicious. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was just lovely. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re ever in Rockingham. 10/10 overall experience!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited to order for 10mins because the guy forgot we were pulled to the speaker then we waited an additional 20mins for our sandwich’s to be made (2 subs). The Host Jniya had zero hospitality, there was no apology for the wait, no have a nice night, she all handed us our food without a single word and walked off. I will not be returning.

Every time you go they're always out of something missing something I go today at 1:00 and we're out of white bread how are you out of bread at a sub shop most of the time you go and they tell you that you have to come in they're not taking any orders at the drive-thru but what's the purpose of the drive-thru all around crappy place crappy service

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes and no one ever came to the speaker to take my order. When I finally went inside, the cashier at the register didn’t acknowledge me at all—she was on her phone and completely ignored me. Several employees were inside, but none of them were working or willing to help. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Frankly, I leave reviews on nearly nothing. Rarely does my experience impact me so much that I feel compelled to tell someone about it, and even more rarely does that happen when said impact is actually a good thing. I’ve been in sales most of my life, so I’ve seen people who act like customer service bots up close and personal, a lot. These guys don’t do that. They’re friendly and polite to you, while always acting like real people (especially this dude Khai, who should legit teach classes on customer service), It’s refreshing. Feels like eating at a friend’s house, if your friend made great subs!

This place is slow and dirty with Flys 🪰 everywhere I would not recommend this place to anyone terrible experience under staffed Could not even sell a steak sub because they never even had the meat unthawed They were not even prepared.😑

The service was good but the drive thur didn’t work it was only two employees ,it’s mid day lunch time and you have two works that did an excellent job but you can tell there’s poor management here… they got the crowd down but it should be more employees working I blame management… Probably over work and under paid I can’t remember the young lady’s name but she needs a raise and the store needs better management!

This was our first experience at Firehouse Subs. The service was quick and efficient. The sandwiches were absolutely the best we have ever had and I kid you not!! We are so glad we stopped by! If you want something truly delicious stopby there! It will not be a waste of money or time either!
