Absolutely phenomenal we were on our way back from Carowinds and we stopped to eat here, some of the best subs that I've ever had I had a club on a sub and it was beyond fantastic!!! I will definitely be eating a Firehouse subs the next time I get a chance!!!

One of my favorite sub shops. I've been working down the list to have tired all of them. No favorite yet but the way they cook there steak is the best way. I recall a sub shop in Florida that cooked the same way forever I'm glad to see it being done like this is just better than a microwave

The sandwich was just ok.............Nothing special, but it was expensive. The overall appearance of the restaurant wasn't good. The drink machine was covered in splatter from a drink. The floor & tables were not clean. Not my place for the future.

Stopped by and got 2 subs. It took nearly 15 minutes after paying to get my order at the drive-thru. The store did not seem busy either. Subs were okay. Definitely not worth the money or the wait.

Went through the drive-through, order a medium sub and wanted to get the new Strawberry limeade, but unfortunately they did not have it. No big deal. There was two cars head of me. About 15 min wait, that was good considering it was around 1. Finally got to the window, and no body was there. I waited for about 5 mins and a young man came to fill and drink and I tried to get his attention, but he walked away. I sat there for another 10 mins with no body coming to the window. I hated to honk, but did so, and still no body. Waited for another 5 mins and still nothing, so i drive up to the font of the building, they had a couple of people sitting down but no line. I just left. Went across to get tacos from the Mexican place. Line was wrapped around the building, ordered my food, and got it less than 15 mins. What does that tell you. I loved this place and have always used the app, but never again.

My first visit, the service at the drive-thru was average and I was actually disappointed in the soup and sub. I doubt there will be a return trip.

I always have good experiences with firehouse subs - I wish I knew the name of the lady who was working the drive thru when I picked up my mobile order. Despite them being out of a lot of things, there were no issues with them making my sandwich just with some modifications and it came out great as always. The women i interacted with was very polite with great customer service.
