I always have good experiences with firehouse subs - I wish I knew the name of the lady who was working the drive thru when I picked up my mobile order. Despite them being out of a lot of things, there were no issues with them making my sandwich just with some modifications and it came out great as always. The women i interacted with was very polite with great customer service.

I was immediately met with a greeting as I walked in the door, I was talking with a manager named Christion and he was very upbeat and enthusiastic. My order was taken efficiently and the team made sure that I got it under 5 minutes. It was definitely the best food I've eaten from them.

Went in with my sister and her kids and the staff greeted us politely with a smile. They brought our food to us and helped calm my nieces down with the fire hats. They made the food fast and accurate to what we ordered. Christion and Meara were the main people being polite. They were very patient and helpful.Parking: Hard to find a spot when people take them up to go to Verizon. Would be easier if they had their own lot.Kid-friendliness: Ate with my nieces and my nephew and the staff was very patient and kind to them and us adults.

The new management and staff are amazing, comidating, egar to please, and you can feel the love in quality of food. I tried a new sub tonight and wow so amazing. The new pizza sub freaking amazing. Ordered online and staff still messed up my order. Went back in to get what they left out and they were rude. Got home and discovered I received a wrong side. Complete lack of management at this location.Update: spoke with new GM who values customer service and assured me this business is headed in the right direction. Was very impressed with his professionalism and I will return to give it another shot. ?
