My double cheeseburger was not hot, the patties were dry and burnt. Most of the soda flavors were out. Even though they were several employees, my food took a long time and we were one of the only other people there at like 7:30pm at night on a random weekday. This experience, unfortunately, continues to be constant with fast food anymore, it’s really disappointing and unfortunate because I miss getting a decent burger quickly.

They never have link sausage no steak come on management order more i ask specifically for fresh and they dont most of the time . I was management and I dont like cold old food

I came to grab something to eat that will hold for a day or two. I ordered their current promotion a double bbq brisket Frisco burger, 2 monsters, and a large fry. Fries tasted old, the meat patties on the monsters tasted overcooked and close to briquettes, finally the BBQ Frisco burger. I ordered a double and when I unwrapped it had a single meat patty. I tried calling the store, multiple times, to see if I can stop by at a later date and get it redone, but no one answered the phone. Mistakes happen but if there is no way to get it corrected, especially if one is not in the area everyday or on a ser time frame, truck drivers. Then it can never be addressed and just leads to a permanent loss if a customer.

I don't think this was from poor cooking or prep. The guidelines for quality come from Hardee's itself, so its sad that Hardee's seems to have taken a dive

Very pleasant staff, clean dining area and even drink area. Food was out quickly. Only complaint was bread hard on ham and cheese.
We went through drive through it was like 945pm and then they tell us that they are closed when the app says they close at 10 pm this is just Bull shit get someone in there that knows what the hell they are doing..

Was here last saturday and back in tonight it was great for us both visit.Tonight it got busy but was great hot with great service.I am local to the area and this is the cleanest place in the are thank for reopening this location and we will be back.Ialso have family and friends from the west and east of NC that stop here we meet here they like very much,and say its one ot the cleanest as well.The young man that was cleaning the dinning area was James he's very nice thanks again.

Biscuits and gravy were delicious! Gravy was nice and hot and biscuits were fresh and fluffy. Excellent food! Staff wasn't very communicative or overly friendly. Monday morning early is what it felt like. I get it! Food was great!!
