Imagine being the INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES .... but not having pancakes everyone can enjoy. 🤡 What a horrible business move. Charge more if you must, but bring back the gluten friendly pancakes. you just devastated a lot of kids (and adults). We will never return.
Had a very sweet server but had an issue of an overcharge to my card. The manager at the Springfield, Missouri location on Kansas Expressway is a total A**HOLE. Refused to refund the balance difference and was absolutely rude about it. Sorry but I won't EVER be back!
Breakfast was very good. We had French toast and eggs. Coffee very good. Our waitress Kianna was excellent. So friendly and answered all questions. Will definitely go back.

Good morning so today I stopped in for Breakfast and my server named Skyla was the Best I’ve had stopping in at any IHop she was very polite we had small conversations overall she was very professional and that was a plus for me.. My Breakfast was Delicious 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Skyla keep pushing stay smiling God is Blessing Us🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

We were a group of about 15 on a Saturday morning and we had a wonderful experience! I called the evening before to let them know we were coming and they prepared a great table for us. Ki’Ana was our waitress and we had multiple checks and tons of food and somehow she kept it straight and had lots of helpers including the Manager. Breakfast was great and we had all the coffee and drinks we needed available.
Thanks IHOP staff! We’ll be back!

The place was clean but the breakfast wasn’t good.The service was decent at first but after we got our food we never seen the waitress again. I had to go get another waitress to find our waitress so we could pay for our food and leave. They don’t have enough staff so they bunch you up on one side.

This was awful from start to finish. A friend and I were out shopping and thought we would get breakfast. When we 1st pulled in it appeared to be empty which should have been a sign.
Upon entering the building we were not greeted in any way and actually had to look for someone to seat us. We then were sat down down by one lady who then told another girl to get us because she was not finished eating. ( it was about 9am ) The waitress came to take our order and I literally had to give her my drink order 3x as I ordered lemonade and she kept repeating Water back to me as my drink.
She quickly came out with the drinks and began taking our orders. It took her 20 minutes to take our order because she could not figure out how to work the tablet. 2x she called other girls over to help her. At one point she literally sat down next to me and showed me the menu tablet .
I ordered 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and a double order of hash browns. My friend got crepes.
I feel like it is important to point out at this point there are No other customers in the building. But plenty of employees coming out of the kitchen eating there breakfast and hanging out.
After a brief time our order came out and mine was wrong. 2 fried eggs ,not even all the way done, with a slice of cheese and 1 order of hash browns.
At this point I call the manager over. Tell her the entire ordeal and order toast to go w my half done eggs.
10 minutes later I when I still didn't get my toast I asked the manager for my bill and forget the toast. 😠😠😠 The manager brings me my 30$$ bill for my horrible breakfast to show me she took the toast I never recieved off.
Unacceptable!! This manager should be fired. Clearly her staff is under trained. It felt like we dropped in at her house during breakfast as we were the only ones not enjoying breakfast. The staff certainly were. When a customer calls you over and SHOWS you ,dirty silverware and a completely wrong order. You fix it. It take 1 minute to make toast. You bring it yourself to the customer and apologize. Save your money eat at home. 30$$$ is to much for bad food and horrible service. No one here cares and it shows from the second you pull in the parking lot.

Gave them a second chance - NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service, coffee tasted old and burnt, order mixed up, and food lukewarm and little taste. Bacon was cold. I ordered bacon and eggs and it arrived with no toast. I asked for two pieces of toast and when it arrived it was 2 pieces of bread that had been thrown on the grill and then flipped over. No butter or anything and it tasted like grill grease. Not eatable. Insult to injury I was charged $3.19 for the toast and was told toast din not come with the eggs and bacon breakfast. ?????
Like I said - NEVER AGAIN.

En mi experiencia, visitando IHOP en Florida, en Georgia y Tennessee, TODOS los que eh ido te separan por zonas de "güeritos" "morenitos" "negritos", uno como visitante note que en todos los IHOP porque me toco ir a otros restaurantes y todos mixes, excepto éste. Se les nota el racismo. Cuando vayan a uno, vean si tienen sus "zonas por color". La comida no es mala pero tampoco es buena, es muy regular para sus precios, hay sabores mejores en otros lugares. asi que NO recomiendo sus restaurantes.
So we went in IHOP for the first time we waited 15 minutes at the door before anyone acknowledge that we even walked in the restaurant to come and greet us and have a seat down. Then once a lady come to see us we sit at the table we waited Over 30 minutes for someone to even ask us what we wanted to drink the waitress actually come over to the table and then she got our drink orders and our order and left. We still didn’t get our drink for 15 minutes after afterwards and then we finally after an hour and 10 minutes we got our food which I figured our food would be hot because of the weight, but the food was actually cold when it came to the table. It was not good very very bad. First impression the bathroom when I went in the bathrooms they were no lights in none of the styles except for one and it had a really bad smell in there, but I won’t be going back to IHOP ever again that was a very bad experience. That was the third time I gave him a try to see if it was getting better, but it just seems to be getting worse so I might eat at a different area but not in Rockingham. oh yeah, and we didn’t get no more refills. I had actually asked for refill everybody at the table was like yeah we’ll drink our drink too cause we’ll get a refill too whenever she gets charged, but she only brought one drink. She didn’t bring no more drink for anybody else. And it was very pricey for such a bad service.

My family and I decided to take a stop at this location after a long night. At the start the service was okay to say the least, but as our time there progressed the service had gone downhill. Our waitress was able to remember our order, although our waitress was so quiet and dimmed down as if she didn’t care that we were there spending our money, and finally she did not refill our glasses until we had to ask for her to do so. When we had went to pay, two employees had seen us at the register yet continued their conversation, they had been laughing and giggling as if they had been having a personal conversation. The supply stock with the drink variety was very low, having been out of both sweet tea and chocolate milk (despite being a breakfast based establishment). The restroom was absolutely horrendous. Trash everywhere, disgusting smell, lighting in stalls not working, etc.. The most disturbing part about the women’s restroom was that in the third stall from the door, which was the only non-handicap stall with a working light, had a tile missing from the roof.

I ordered on Doordash to pick it up and it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to walk out with my food. Not cool when the restaurant isn't busy.

My first experience and probably the worst customer service I've ever had at a restaurant. One of your waitresses is a bully on the team and it is way too obvious. Fighting with another waitress because she took our order after we sat waiting for over 20 minutes. It was a loud and inappropriate argument that should have never taken place. My elderly mom was with me and got scared with the yelling. This young lady is too comfortable with this behavior and if this remains unchecked and she is not coached correctly, you will lose business.
