Sanitation score was 💯!! Cleanest bathrooms I have ever been in. Food was so good! They don't skimp on the meat like other sub shops! Staff was very nice!

Young man name John was working alone due to fact the other workers had not arrived for the shift yet,John was very persistent assisting 6+ customers very kind, courteous did excellent job in preparing our sandwiches in a timely manner 🥪 no complaints. Afterwards the General Manager Trent Morrison come assisted in a very kind,courteous timely manner as well..the other workers 2 females all did excellent job in preparing the sandwiches in this establishment Store 3230....highly recommended!!!

The food is generally good, but the service is terrible. My experience tonight was disappointing.

My order was scheduled to be ready at 7:47pm. I arrived shortly after that time, but no one was attending the register—employees were focused on preparing food, and there were five other customers standing around waiting as well. When I approached the register to check on my order, I was told it was still being worked on (this was at 7:55pm). I took a seat and continued to wait. At 8:11pm, I asked again about my order. This time, the employee turned around and immediately handed it to me—it had been sitting on the shelf. When I asked how long it had been sitting there, she shrugged so I pointed out that I had been told it was still being prepared 15 minutes earlier, she laughed and started sweeping the floor. At that point, I had no idea whether my order had just been finished or had been sitting there the entire time, because when I gave my name earlier, the employee never bothered to check any of the bags that were already sitting out.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had to wait beyond the expected pickup time—typically 5 to 10 minutes longer, which I usually understand—but this particular visit was unacceptable.

Jersey Mike’s really needs to figure out how to staff this location properly and train employees to handle pickup orders with at least a basic level of awareness and professionalism.

I have never been disappointed with the food atJersey Mike's but the subs we oredered tonight had half the meat on their normal subs. I could have gotten this at subway for half the price. I hope this was just a bad mishap and not their new normal.

Finally at a place where meat as well as vegetables are fresh. The only thing is it's getting hot and flies are out to cover the veggies. And continuously was hands and change gloves especially after handling money.
