I have never been disappointed with the food atJersey Mike's but the subs we oredered tonight had half the meat on their normal subs. I could have gotten this at subway for half the price. I hope this was just a bad mishap and not their new normal.

Finally at a place where meat as well as vegetables are fresh. The only thing is it's getting hot and flies are out to cover the veggies. And continuously was hands and change gloves especially after handling money.

Tables were always dirty needed to be cleaned off and the wait time is long, no matter what time of day or how busy they are Sometimes the people are rude and do not listen to you Customer service has just gone out the window

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and I had made my request with what they needed to do and I still got sick. I’ve tried multiple times of day with different people preparing the sandwiches so if you have celiac, do not go here It’s just not worth it

The food was fair, but I sensed tension within the employee's. The manager guy with the red beard was talking nasty about a heavy set black lady(another employee)as soon as she went to the back to the lady at the register infront of customers. Another time I went there a female manager went into the males bathroom and came out saying "it was her store and she can do what she wants and if nobody likes it then they dont need to come back" The owner should train his employees about NC laws and how to atleast respect each other in front of customers. I believe bad energy can get passed through what we eat.I think Rockingham could of done without this one, Will keep my sub business at Substation ll

Always good food and great staff.

Parking: Starbucks in the same parking lot and the 2 places splitting it with T-Mobile is tricky at times.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking at the front and easy access on the inside as well.

Ask for my guy Trent, his subs haven’t failed me yet.He manages the store well. I’ve observed him instructing and guiding his staff well and he is attentive to customer needs.I am pleased and my family is always satisfied.- Get the Mike’s way!

Overall sub was gross. Bread just tasted gross... and I asked for mayo and bacon on my club sub. There was no mayo or bacon. Firehouse subs is a couple feet away and a much better
