We always pre-order through the app and pick up. The last several times, we get home and part of our order is missing. The way it is packed, it's near impossible to check before leaving to make sure it is all there. Please improve upon this!

Ordered a 12 piece Oringnal paid to substitute the legs for breast and when I got home there was 6 legs in the 12 piece bucket and I live 70 miles from the location and I have had a similar experience with the KFC in Mullins SC and I called the corporate office and they said they would mail me some coupons and at this point I want refunds period

There is almost always somewhere to sit inside. I believe most people just order out. Food is always fresh. If you call and order ahead, you will receive your food faster. Drive through line is long sometimes, and it is difficult to get back on the road because the traffic light is directly beside the drive-through exit.

Nobody wants to eat dry tenders ! Where is the sauce KFC! People work hard for their money , give the people what they ask and pay for . In store and online orders.

I ordered pick up and I came in to get my food the lady was very rude consistently and messed up my order and kept acting like I’m lying about what wasn’t giving when she never check another lady had to she just kept giving me a hard time . Please get that together cause this was very unnecessary!

Good customer service, the inside was tidy. My only complaint was my order of fries were the bits left over.
Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had waited in line for 15 minutes on a pick up order. My food was ice cold, and fried to a crisp. I could not eat it. The coleslaw had no flavor. The only edible parts were the fries and mac & cheese. Do not recommend never going back to this store or any KFC ever again.

This KFC here has mostly always had great. Staff workers and the foods cooked by them. Thankfully. Although now finding out in which are new owners of it now. Which are going to lead to less business here. And possibly other restaurants if own them as well. This KFC was well off good enough before some selfish. rich but can't get rich enough felt need to cause. The foods prices to become higher along with. The nice should still be in place senior discount taken away. It was not needed to do besides for unthoughtful persons greed. When most KFC locations have their buffet. Taken away becoming to cheap to continue it. When was at kfc last beginning of August. The price was still very nice. And not an rip off as Bojangles and zexbys has became since 2022. It was still in place showing appreciation for American seniors. Seems will have to start cutting back as many others do. For more affordable restaurants as. cookout and sonic and Wendy's and captain ds and huddlehouse. And for the very few priced "special meals" at others.
Vegetarian options: Nice vegetable sides. And small apple turnovers dessert.

Every time I order from this location I have to check my bag. I have a large family therfore i have large orders. Once again my order is wrong This time I was missing 2 pieces of chicken. Last time I was missing an entire meal. It is really becoming a problem. I think it's time my family stops eating KFC.
