As much as I love their pizza. I just sat in their drive thru for 30 minutes!!!!! A line of cars wrapped around their building and not a single person came to the window. There were people working in front of the window and could see me sitting there and they blatantly ignored me for 30 freaking minutes. The car that was ahead of me left because of this as well. That is absolutely RIDICULOUS! Do better little ceasers!

Waited in line for 10 minutes. Got to the window and waited another 10 minutes before they came to the window to take our order. We sat at the window at least another 10 to 15 minutes.
Kept us totally informed when food would be ready.

I normally don't stop here but my grand babies did, so I stopped. Normally the service sucks and the attitude is the worse, but today! Thanks to Quincy who was in the drive thru my experience today was impeccable. Thank you Quincy for your customer service, your through knowledge of the menu but most importantly, your smile. 5 stars to you young man.

Wish the pizzas were baked better in the center for hand tossed, and just baked all the way for the deep dish but for the price you can't get a hot meal for cheaper. Staff is what you expect from a low wage place where the customers arent always patient or friendly. But they keep those pizzas coming and that's all that matters
