No customer service Food is horrible They make a McFlurry w ice cream then add toppings but don’t mix The employees are not customer friendly and the wait times are ridiculous The majority of the staff is lazy and do not care how they treat the public or our food There are a few exceptions but not many people care We avoid this place as much as we can w teens and toddlers This location is a supply and demand location only If there were another McDs closer we would have to be subject to the nonsense I have spoken to managers office personnel and even the man who said he is the owner No help Prayers

I was in drive thru but was pulled up, after sitting for 10 minutes I decided to go in. With 3 workers in the back on grill and 5 workers up front, I still sat and waited for more than 15 minutes.. (so much for a quick bite on the way home) definitely got to do better

Just jokes around instead of making the food the right way orders a spicy chicken sandwich got a non spicy filet and they made them backward and the cheeseburgers didn’t even line up and it was off centered getting ketchup all over my hands and when I went back in and told them they just started joking about it and the cook said he didn’t have food to make cause he didn’t think he made our food wrong but he did and luckily the very sweet girl at the register helped us and gave us our food and she was very nice not the cook he needs to be fired if I got a name o would call and complain but I don’t but he was cooking nov 25th at 8:23 pm

I stopped into this Mcdonald's on Nov.9th around 8 pm. The service was horrible! I ordered a double cheese burger meal and four doubles...the food was HORRIBLE!! I don't know if it was the meat or if it was the person preparing the burgers, the burgers smelled like feces...LITERALLY...I sniffed and sniffed the burgers and smelled feces...I immediately through everything in TRASH...This is not a joke....DONT EAT THERE!!!
Good luck ordering anything on the inside if paying with cash probably gonna wait 15 minutes before anyone will take you're order

First time in, went to counter to order and no one helped us or spoke to us. It became obvious we had to use the kiosk. It took 10 minutes to get our fast food. We ate there. The food was just okay. Nothing like it used to be. We both used the restrooms and they were nasty. The floors, toilets and counters were dirty. Such a disappointing experience. We haven't been to McDonald's in years and if this is how they are now, we'll never go back.
