Poor service and you wait a whole year for food.
I am very pleased to see that the general manager is now running this store and has his hands on what's going on. As far as training and operations, I have left several horrible reviews of this restaurant and hadn't expected to have not only my order ready when I got to the window in drive-thru, but the bag was double folded to hold heat because they know drive-thru customers are usually taking these orders home and expect them to at least be warm when they get there. As a matter of fact, the young man who took my money at the first window recognized me right away and apparently informed the GM who I was and that I had spent a good part of my youth working for McDonald's In Michigan at the crew level and at the store manager level. McDonald's taught me a lot about organizing and removing obstacles from tasks that might slow me down. I use all the same principles today in what I do for a living. But getting back to this review, it was flattering to know that they knew who I was and that things had changed quite a bit. It isn't just about the satisfaction of customers. It's about teaching young people. How to be efficient in what they do and and who they are. Good luck to the restaurant!

My first time doordashing I order from McDonald's a big dinner box that's supposed to have two Big Macs two cheeseburgers 10-piece nugget and four fries fries are cold missing one of them and missing my 10-piece nugget and nobody's answering the phone I never doordash from this store again

Drive thru wait time was unusually long and we were parked after getting to the second window. Waited at the parking spot for several minutes before I went inside to get our food that appeared to be sitting at the drive thru window.
Food was put together sloppy—fries were turned upside down in the bag and the McChicken was a mess.

Had to wait at the menu for 8 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. After saying hello I was told they’d be with me in a second then had to wait an additional 5 minutes. Finally got my order taken after having to say hello multiple times AGAIN. Still had to wait another 5 minutes to actually receive my food.

Ordered mcdouble meal in drive thru. No pickles or onion. Honey mustard sauce had to pull up and wait. The receipt on bag was as ordered but burger had pickles and onions sauce was not honey mustard and fries were stale and soggy.

We went in to order and they wouldn't serve us told us they be there to wait on us and never came back will never go there again
Long story short, the Lord will come back before you get your order at this location.

I just came here and ordered two McChickens with added Mac sauce, and somehow ended up with plain McChickens. No sauce,lettuce, Mac sauce — nothing.
The fries were just as bad. Absolutely no seasoning at all, bland and disappointing.
This was a huge letdown, especially for such a simple order. It honestly felt rushed and careless. Attention to detail was clearly lacking, and the overall effort was poor.
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one.

I had just ordered some dinner for my husband and I chicken nuggets fries and one cheeseburger no onions. I have been craving a McDonald's cheeseburger they are my favorite cheeseburger hands down , I bite into burger yes with out looking and guess what there was no burger just buns cheese and pickles and ketchup and mustard. STEP IT UP MCDONALD'S

I am a little concerned this morning. I used the drive thru at 5am and ordered two large decaffeinated coffees. I was told to pull up to the window. As I am sitting there waiting for my order I see the man pouring first water into two large cups and then pour coffee into them. When he tries to hand me my coffees I say “just to confirm, these are decaffeinated coffees correct?” He then proceeds to tell me that decaffeinated coffee is “basically watered down coffee”. I said no, it’s not, it’s coffee that has had the caffeine removed. He snickered and rolled his eyes. He then asks me to pull up. After 15 minutes he brought out two coffees. I’m just curious how many other people got served watered down coffee instead of decaffeinated coffee? There are people with heart conditions that can not have caffeine.
